All I can say is that I was pretty distraught at the time because I never thought that I would be able to replace it exactly. Then I remembered great experience I had A few years ago when I had to resize some jewelry at this jewelry store. Luckily, my wife's rang was the same as mine so we took a few pictures And sent them to this jeweler and magically they were able to replace the ring with an even better model. All I can say is there is one word that tells all about this jeweler and that word is quality. All I can say is the ring that they made for me is better than the original and when they say they make custom jewelry, they don't just make regular custom jewelry. Literally YEARS... I had three bracelets and I wore one of them 9 years ago to a wedding, and I have no idea about the other two. I learned a lot about diamonds and gold while I was there, and Dave gave me some suggestions as well as a price for the others. I had no doubt that this was a good deal and there was no pressure to sell (which you may get elsewhere). I left with my money, keeping two items for now and will keep them under consideration. There is parking right out front, and they are open Monday - Saturday. Dave is great and I met his son as well, nice guys who have been doing business in Newton for decades!
