I recently renewed my card and was given a coupon for $150 over three visits at Harvest. The young man who helped me told me that it wasn't good for Harvest, and it was instead good for ReeferDoc, where I could get patient education. So I looked carefully at the coupon, and that is not the case at all. An employee of this business is giving out completely incorrect information and preventing people from using the coupon that Harvest has issued. Talk about working against your own employer! My online order was not ready when I arrived so the young man went to get it and brought me a bag filled up with product I had not ordered. I ordered high potency and he delivered low potency even though I gave him my card and presumably he knows I'm a medical patient. My advice is to be super careful with your orders and coupons because some employees at this business don't know what's going on.

This is my first time in Arizona so some of this might just be the local regulations. At least the people that were behind the windows were friendly enough to wave you to them. First time visitors need to show ID (obviously) and then fill out a short form. I have no idea why - again, is this HOC or AZ? Then you get directed to go through the door into the main display area to the left. What is going on to the right? Maybe pickups? I'm not sure. You then see arrows for medical vs recreational service but again, those directions might be for when things get more busy since I was just waived on to a budtender who was free. Like a place I was to in Vegas, I am not sure how the large display area relates to actually doing business here since all transactions happen at the counters. For me, I already looked online, so I knew what I wanted and though the person in front of me was service friendly they didn't seem to know much. Where is the gram weight on the packaging? Compatible with a 510 battery? What's that? You mean CCell? Oh, we are out of that but here is a different flavor of the same thing we did have in stock that you wanted. They only take cash, but ATMs are present. Why they don't take debit is again unknown. Is that an Arizona regulation or are they just not set up for that for the business? Yes, it is effectively just like going to the ATM, but it would be one less step for customers who no longer carry much cash. Overall, based on this one experience, Arizona has some catch up to do in order to be a fully integrated legal state.

The quality is pretty good and the prices are decent -- they seem to have daily specials so that is always nice! There was quite a long line when I went in on a Monday night -- they might need to do some better staffing? I still find it strange that you have to check-in in one room and then be let into the other room -- other spots are not as rigid -but maybe it is for security? Even the flower gets its own little showcase like it's competing at the Cannabis Cup . You can actually check out the different strains instead of blindly picking something and hoping for the best. The staff was friendly and really knew their cannabis. Whether you know exactly what you want or you're standing there trying to remember the difference between indica, sativa and "whatever isn't gonna have me staring at my refrigerator for 20 minutes," they'll help you out. They've also got a nice selection of flower, pre-rolls, extracts, edibles and beverages. Plenty of good deals too, especially for this side of town. And definitely join their membership program. You rack up points that can be used toward future deals and savings. It's basically rewards for getting baked. Finally, a loyalty program I can fully support. I also like the whole Sunday's Deli setup. Freshly picked flower by the gram? Say less. This might be the only deli where nobody is asking if you want mustard on it. They even sent me home with "the goods." Literally. The bag says it right on it, so who am I to argue? Good staff. Good selection. Good deals. Good vibes. Despite my negative experience at the dispensary, I cannot and would not recommend this establishment. The associate I encountered was unhelpful and uninterested in assisting us in finding a suitable strain seemed to not care much once we mentioned the promotion we were interested in. The advertisement prominently states "FREE OUNCE FOR NEW CUSTOMERS" without any additional fine print. This should be the sole basis for honoring the promotion. However, upon visiting the dispensary, it was discovered that a $50 purchase is required to redeem this offer, and the customer receives only 7 grams of some low grade in house brand instead of the advertised full ounce. This is a significant reduction in the value of the promotion, requiring the customer to return three more times to spend another $50 each time to obtain the promised amount. This advertisement is highly deceptive, and if the dispensary is aware of its misleading nature, it should take appropriate action to rectify the situation. This could involve removing the advertisement or making a substantial alteration to the promotional promises displayed on the billboards.
