FYI * The only good review for this business is from an employee. Also, this is the first time I've ever taken the time to write a negative review - in my entire life. Not that the amount of money lost is significant, but it's pretty rotten to treat customers this way when your store is "always empty". ~~~ First time I came in and purchased a tobacco product @$5.00. 2 days later I purchased the same item, was charged $5.96 (again; "for the same item"). Well, today I went in again, purchased the same item as the other 2 times before, all within less than a week, and I was charged $6.51. When I asked why I was being charged that much vs the day prior, he said it was bc of the $0.50 debit fee. However, I saw him manually charge an additional $1.50 while scanning the 1 product I was purchasing. I was charged an additional $1.96 for what reason? Pretty rotten to treat your customers this way. If you are running a business like this, how are you justifying those additional charges on your tax returns?? I will be reporting this company to the BBB as well as the IRS. read more

This is the closest shop to me and will only stop if I have run out of something. Every vape pen I have purchased either does not work immediately or fails within days. At $15 a pop its a costly mistake. They also charge a ridiculous price for a 5-pack of coils and typically sell each coil separately (question authenticity of product). I have found that they do not know their product either. Had much difficulty explaining what juice I wanted so forget asking for advice. I would not recommend unless you need incense as they have a nice variety. read more

I like to support local businesses so when I pulled into Circle K gas station to buy a carton of cigarettes I noticed "Anthem Smoke and Vape" and decided to give them the business. I was shocked that a store that specializes in only smokes and vape charges $92.30 for a cartoon of cigarettes - equivalent to $9.20 a pack! I have never paid that much. I can buy them all day long at Circle K - (with a circle K card) 2 packs for $16.40 ($8.20 a pack) Lesson 1: ask for the price before purchasing Lesson 2: do not support this over priced smoke store I was also irritated seeing a sign on the door "MASKS required," which I refuse to wear and would have walked out if there was a problem. But the owner did not say anything and he wasn't wearing one; but seemed annoyed that I interrupted his phone call. Last of all - the receipt was suspicious (IMO) 1) not stating what I purchased 2} nothing about tax 3) stating "contactless transaction"?? Like an online purchase?? I handed him my card, he handed it back, had me sign - nothing "contactless" about the transaction. Maybe it is just me - I attached a copy here LOL I don't know how this place stay in business - who would go back at that price for 10 packs of cigs - I wonder what he charges for one pack? Third time is not a charm. Decided to give this place a third try after two other less than pleasant experiences but this time was no different if not worse. The owner was on the phone loudly having a conversation the entire time he was "helping" me. Usually had no issues but when I purchased my last mod it was defective right out of the box. It was missing parts and when I went to take it back they told me there was nothing they were going to do to help me. He offered me a new coil. Explained it wasn't the coil and showed him directly. Was rude about it and would not help. He offered to print me a receipt then when I asked if he was on yelp he refused to give me a receipt. He said they don't keep track of receipts if you pay with a credit card. Which is non sense Would definitely not recommend this to anyone due to service related issues. read more

Sold me new pen in box opened was wrong pen. 30.00$ wouldn't take back after I showed him defected item. Send it back yourself. I can only give you dis count on another pen. We don't take returns I just have to throw it out its your problem. Witness to event. Owner never called. It was two weeks before I could return items unused. had family surgery.
