I don't even think I can express my gratitude and explain how impressed I am with the level of customer service that seems to be nothing but the standard at this location. I have never had anything less than stellar customer service, regardless of what time of the day I go, what day of the week ago, what I am going to purchase, or who I deal with. I have to say they definitely get five out of five stars and customer service of that caliber is just so hard to find these days. As someone who works in customer service in another industry, I think I probably have higher standards than most people, but they never fail to impress. Tonight I just stopped by (and it's worth mentioning that I am a medical patient) b/c I wanted to grab my standard dosages for the rest of the month. Even though everyone I deal with is always fantastic, I would have to say that the ladies running the show tonight definitely made it one of the best experiences I've had over the 5-years I've been a patient here. They know me by face and name, and in a city as big as Phoenix I feel like it's fair to say that that is absolutely unheard of!! They know what I like, they always try to help me choose some thing that works for my medical conditions and their symptoms, and they always make sure I understand everything and I am completely educated and satisfied before I leave. I have to give a special shout out to * Tara Kemp *, she is always a pleasure to deal with and she is consistently the same sunshine-kinda-girl - no matter when I see her. Tonight I also had the pleasure of working with Samantha Keene, Bri Byrd, and Keionna Barnes. These ladies are killing it and I hope Jars knows what an asset to the company they have on their hands. JARS made a great impression on 10/07/2021, my first visit to a dispensary, EVER! There was a short line, but it was constantly moving. 2 lines, actually - Medical and Adult use. I wasn't completely clueless, but I needed a little time with the "budtender" to get what I was looking for! TAYLOR didn't disappoint!! He was very helpful, knowledgeable and suggested just the right items. JARS has quality products organized logically, and has great sales from what I can tell. NOT SAFE!!! I normally don't review, but yesterday my girlfriend and I were hatecrimed in line getting our medical pickup while security guards watched on. A man pulled out his dick and ass and shouted homophobic slurs and aggressive shit at us while security guards watched on and did nothing. This is not a safe place to go if you are LGTBQIA+. You can get hatecrimed in broad daylight trying to get your medicine without anyone batting an eye. I have been going to this location ever since my first visit was very nice. I showed my license and after about a 30second wait I was waited on a very pleasant guy who's knowledge steered me to exactly what I was looking for. I was shown a purple strain noone had but Jars.about 5 min later I was out the door to enjoy.Max waited on me today .very cool,knew what I wanted and helped me with a smile and he showed me the specials. My boyfriend and I go to Jar's for a few reasons, it's in a great location, you can handle all your needs in one area. They also have really good prices and sales all the time. But mostly it's the employees, they are very helpful, polite, down to earth people who really knows about the products they are selling. I love coming to this place, they always have upbeat music playing, the staff here are super fast and the wait tomes are very short even with long lines. Not only would I recommend this place to a friend, I actually telk my friends about this place almost every time I see them. I had never been to a dispensary before, until Jars came into the neighborhood. The staff was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain how everything works. Still not very clear on everything, but if I ever need anything to be explained to me they are very helpful. The manager at the Jars on peoria hooked me up with rewards points, that the app offers after I signed up and it didn't pop up on my end.
