Matching local pricing or at least being competitive would make a huge difference. Second, the vibe. A warmer, more welcoming atmosphere and staff who actually engage with customers would go a long way. A smile, a greeting, or even a little product enthusiasm would make the experience feel less transactional. Lastly, the overall energy of the store could use a refresh.
