Matching local pricing or at least being competitive would make a huge difference. Second, the vibe. A warmer, more welcoming atmosphere and staff who actually engage with customers would go a long way. A smile, a greeting, or even a little product enthusiasm would make the experience feel less transactional. Lastly, the overall energy of the store could use a refresh. The only reason this one doesn't get 5 stars is because they don't offer drive thru service and the harvest/manufactured dates aren't available online when you are making your selections. I like to purchase based on these dates for freshness. I can't stand a stale pack. Also, when this location (before story) used to host a lot more events and they just haven't as of late, which is a bit disappointing. Overall, the staff is always friendly. The products are generally well stocked, and the perks (good, used to be better). The prices match the quality. Lastly I've never had a problem with pick-up or walkin.

So it took 3 weeks for them to send my stuff to the state. So still waiting after 3 weeks! I have had a card in the past done at a different place for 2 years and got my card within 2 weeks. You do have to stop in the front room and provide Name, DOB and sign a release before you can enter the show room. I pretty much knew what I was looking for and when I detailed why they agree with my base choice and then explained my options down that path. The two people I came in contact with seemed quite knowledgeable. As a plus I got a 10% discount on my first visit. I almost cut this down to a 3 because of parking. Even at 4 on a weekday it was a mess. Based on my trip I would suggest parking in the lot for the strip mall to the East.
