I came back for two pedicures and a full set with my mom yesterday. My nails turned out PERFECT! They always do such an awesome job on my nails. I didn't catch my nail lady's name, unfortunately. The staff were all very friendly and upbeat. We came in around 11 for two with no appointment and they got us in within 10 minutes, which was awesome. We did offer to come back at a later time, if needed. I do usually ask to get my nails done while I'm getting a pedicure, and they did that without asking which I really appreciated. I'm taking one star away because I got the basic pedicure and for some reason my pedicure didn't end with any hot towel or lotion. Which I was sad about. Still an amazing salon, but when I pay $45 for a pedicure I do want all the perks that are offered on the menu. My nails were $80, which is slightly on the pricey side, but I did get a pretty intricate design. I'll be back next time! read more

The whole experience was awkward. I've been here twice, and the day crew is very different from the PM crew. My best friend and I made an appointment for two manicures and both wanted the same design. Even though we had an appointment, they questioned it when we walked in. Getting the design we asked for was difficult, and they kept dropping tools and items on my friend throughout her service. When it was time to pay, the total for both manicures was $173. I planned to leave a $40 cash tip. However, when the card machine was handed to me, I noticed the amount had changed to $208 because a 20% tip had already been selected. The technician told me to "just sign." I asked if the tip had been included, and she said no. I asked for a printed receipt, and at first she refused. When the manager came over and provided the printout, it clearly showed that a tip had been added. I pointed out that I was going to leave $40, but instead they had added a $24 tip themselves. At that point, the staff began arguing with each other in Vietnamese, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. We left feeling frustrated and embarrassed. This was the most uncomfortable nail session I have ever had. My nails took an hour and a half to do because my nail tech kept stopping to try to give another nail tech money. The discussion got loud and uncomfortable for the people around them. One of my nails is very crooked. She also cut me deep on my cuticle. I asked her for a iridescent top coach. She ignored me. I will not be going back to this place. I wish it would've been better. It's a very pretty salon to go to. read more

Overall: Go where they appreciate your business. Shame on this person's poor customer service. Yesterday, I spent over $160 for a full set and pedicure for a rhinestone to come off the same day. I come back the next day for a quick fix at 5:30 and was told to "you can wait an hour or come back another time, or don't, sorry". I politely left and will not be back. In this economy, I would expect small businesses like these to give customers a little more respect. But given the rest of the world is on fire, I guess not. Best of luck. read more

June listened to what I wanted, checked in with me throughout the service, and was open to changing things if I wasn't happy. We switched up the colors when it was clear the first one I picked was too light. She painted my plumeria for Hawaii and sweetly tolerated my chatter (and I do like to talk). LOL She even took pictures of the colors for me. As a crafter, I need my nails to be thin enough to pick up & use my tools. I also like pink, Sparkly, and pretty. This salon's gel nail service is not quality. My nails are so brittle after their gel application that the nails are popping/breaking for no apparent reason. I am not abusing my nails for this to happen. In fact, I had grown out my natural nails prior to getting the gel manicure, so they had not been over filed and weak to begin this service at The Nail House. The salon owner and her nail techs discourage customers from getting gel. When gel is requested, they insist you do "dip" because: "Gel peels off". The only time my gel polish has peeled off in the past when done at other salons is because I peel them off. My nails don't get brittle and start breaking after gel manicure. Just the opposite, they are stronger with gel polish on top of my natural nail, but not at this place. Not sure what product they use but it is poor quality. I spoke with the owner and she stuck to her narrative that gels peel and refused a refund. I will go back to my regular nail salon that does gels just fine even though it is a 20minute drive. read more

It was just ok the service was nice and everything, maybe I came on an off day or they have people in training still, but the new full set took over an hour and they didn't have the colors or the glitter or the chrome color I wanted. I had to change my nail color and idea 4 to 5 different times and I promise I didn't have a crazy wacky design it was pretty basic. The nail tech was patient and did do swatches of things but seeing all the colors and the nail designs on Yelp the colors and things she showed me were only from 2-3 choices. I ended up settling for something that was not really something I wanted. The end result was bubbly and streaky, the paint and chrome weren't smooth looking and it was chipping off the next day all around the edges. The pedicure was fine not memorable. It just felt like they wanted me out of there since my appointment was 2 hours before they closed. read more

10 stars cos I'm happy how my nails and toes came out after the manicure and pedicure. I did the basic nails with gel polish and the full pedicure with massage, paraffin and hot stones. My feet and hands look 10 years younger! I booked Luu, I'm glad I did. He did an excellent job on my hands and feet. Patient, friendly and thorough. Have a good massage in my feet and lower legs and lower arms... he didn't rush. Excellent customer service. It took 2 1/2hrs to finish both my nails and toenails. I reserve this weekend to pamper my hands and feet. Thank Luu. My kid had her nails done as well. Acrylic nails. So pretty. It took 10 mins longer than mine... 2hrs 40 mins... but it was worth it.
