I'm so thankful my Best Friend told me about Jasmine's Day Spa. They happen to have a cancellation and took me in and was so thankful cause I was desperate to get a facial. I had a Summer coupon for $100 for a 6 in 1 facial including microdermabrasion & blue light and other relaxing masks and all. As I arrived I was greeted by Jasmines Husband who is very sweet and usually is in the front. I waited maybe 5 min while she finished her other appointment and then I was next. The waiting area is small but very clean and inviting and I absolutely love the spa music they have it's very relaxing. Loved the fresh flowers touch as well. They have a small shelf like with products they sell but love that they aren't pushy and they are there if you wish to purchase. My facial was Amazing. Jasmine is so kind and loved the massage she gave me while I had a pumpkin enzyme mask very relaxing. Her techniques are great slightly different from others I've gone too but very professional. Her appliances, tools and all are very clean and love that she lets me know what she is going to do and if I had any allergies as well because of some of the products she uses. The room was very relaxing and clean and smelled so good. She Has a little shelf to put your clothes and bag or items you may bring along. Overall experience was great and I will def be back to Visit Jasmine. Love that's she close to home and her prices are very reasonable and I love that. Their Day spa is in a little shopping center but parking wasn't an issue they have plenty of parking which is a plus. read more

My first time here today, and I had a really good experience. I have really bad hyperpigmentation and scars from acne. Being a woman of color, even if you're rich, certain things like lasers, etc, aren't the safest and can make things worse. I'm willing to try literally anything before I go that route. I explained my concerns and they were listened to, super friendly, and just treated me like a human being and not afraid to take on my bad skin. Consultation was productive and made me feel super comfortable. I can say, even after only one session today, my skin does look a lot better after one session of the Deluxe Facial. I know with the situation I have, it will take multiple sessions to make it better, so I opted for the package of 3 after my first session. I've had facials in the past, but the prices were much higher than they are here, and my results from one session are better here than any other place I've tried so far. It's close to where I live too, which is nice. I wish it never ended and I could go more, but they're honest and said once a month. Needless to say, I cannot wait for next month, lol! I'm just trying to get my confidence back and after one session, I'm convinced. Hoping to make this a regular routine for sure. And I will tell you, you can get the same thing from people who don't care for $100's more. Their prices are very reasonable and the results are better compared to other places I've been. A small unassuming hole in the wall, this place is run by an absolutely lovely couple. I have only had the deluxe facial here so far (two separate visits) but each time I get the deluxe facial I tell myself I need to do this more often! My skin comes out so noticeably smoother, brighter, and hydrated-- nicer than any other treatment I have had, including laser facials! At $85 (with coupon that comes in mailer) it's a great deal and a relaxing two hours that leaves you refreshed. One thing you should know about the deluxe facial- it is an intense facial that includes microdermabrasion and extraction. If you are looking for a simpler/lighter facial, Jasmine offers them too- at great prices from what I have seen. But I love the deluxe facial :) read more

I got my first facial ever here a few days ago & I was not very pleased. First off, the lobby is nice & clean, but the actual room where I got my facial was a different story. The sheets had some stains on them & so did the walls - not very comforting. During the actual facial, the woman doing it didn't tell me what she was doing or what that certain product would do for my skin. One of the worst parts was when she put a certain product on my face that I can only assume was some sort of peeling agent. I wasn't informed of this & was very surprised when certain areas of my face began to burn. Soon enough, my whole face felt as though it was on fire. I assume that that is how the product is supposed to work, but I would've appreciated a heads up. The absolute worst part was the aftermath. During the facial, she did some extractions of impurities on my face. I had my eyes closed, but it seemed as though she was using her fingers to do the extractions! I'm no skin expert, but I'm pretty sure that squeezing the skin with your fingers causes more harm than good, especially when you repeatedly pinch and squeeze one area of the face (which is very painful I might add). After the facial was finished, the only part of my face that looked cleaner was my nose. The next morning, I woke up with 3 dark spots on my face as a result of the facial. I can't tell if they're burns or bruises, but they are pretty sizable, one being on my chin & the other two on my right cheek. I assume that they came about as a result of the "peel" or the painful extractions. Ultimately, my face looks worse than it did before I came here and I will not be returning. read more

i waited a year and a half to actually write this review because i had no other experience to compare it to, and now that i do....well, here is what i have to say. I am reviewing....the....lash extension. 1. the aesthetician, was very sweet, dont get me wrong... 2. the quality of lashes and glue they use are VERY CHEAP. it hurt so much. 3. i got it only for my wedding day and got it removed due to pain 2 days later and JASMINE, the owner charged me to get them removed, yes, another 30 bucks to remove cheap, painful lashes. please dont come here for this service, there are so many other places that are cleaner and more professional, and now that I have been to those places, I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE. please keep in mind, you get what you pay for (duh, i should have known)...but almost spending $110 bucks with tip, and for the removal, it was an expensive mistake. read more

I can confirm that Jasmine is a very nice lady. However, if we agree on one hour facial that is what I expect. My service on a 1:30pm appointment started at 1:50pm , after first 15 min of service she put on a mask and left for 12 min leaving me just laying there, came back took mask off did more service for another 15 min and told she was done by 1:32pm. When I asked her if that was all while looking at my watch, she acted like nothing happened came back and gave another 10 min of service. To summarize I got 35 min of service not the 60 min advertised. No I was not happy. Would not go back. Would no recommend. I advise you ask her how long the service will last , take you watch with you. Ask her to provide shoulder massage while mask is on. Discuss and agree on a list of treatments she will be providing and see to it that you get what was agreed on. read more

I use to get my waxing done at those silly little nail shops in the area, because I didn't know any better. Then I was thumbing through those local advertising books, when I discovered Jasmine. I figured, why not give her a try. She's a local business and I deserved to be pampered. I made an appointment, met Jasmine herself, and explained my horrible waxing experiences as we had a good laugh. Ever since that day, I've been a loyal, monthly customer. I've met her husband and kids, and it's a real family business. Everyone helps around the spa. Jasmine gave me my first facial, which was awesome. She even gave my daughter, who was 9 at the time, an organic all natural kid facial, because she kept begging to have one. I was very nervous at first, but Jasmine put me at ease and my daughter truly enjoyed being pampered like a princess. My daughter also wanted a hot rock massage, but I had to draw the line somewhere. Now that my daughter is 13, Jasmine does her eyebrow and lower leg waxing, since she's terrified of the razor. Jasmine has always treated my daughter with loving care. I've used her waxing services for my lower leg, eye brow, under arm, and brazilian, eye brow and upper lip threading, facial, manicure and pedicure. Just last month, I got permanent upper eye lid liner. I raved so much about Jasmine's services that my friends and family have been going to her for years now too. They've done body wraps, eye brow and eyelash tinting. I can't wait to keep trying all her other services. I can only provide feedback on her facials service which included micro, masks, and cleansing. The service is great and the price was reasonable for the amount you get. I have no complaints and rivals services at other spas. This does come with a trade-off, if you like to have the nice tea, and big luxurious spa-like atmosphere, then you will not be satisfied. I had driven by the Day Spa for years before deciding to give it a try. I really wanted to love this place...seriously. As a busy, stressed out Mom I was banking making this place my weekly treat and I couldn't have been more disappointed. I called and made an appointment for a Sat and booked a Facial, Massage and lash treatment. I had an appointment elsewhere at 1:30 so I asked for a morning appointment (to be sure I'd be out the door by 1pm). Jasmine mentioned ahe could take me at 10:30am, perfect I thought! The day of my appointment, she calls and asks if I could come in at 11:30 instead... I tell her it wouldn't be a problem BUT that I'd need to cancel a service. I wouldn't have time to get all the things I had booked and be out the door by 1pm. No problem she said. She then asked what service I wanted and I told her I really didn't care. I'd take anything!! When she pressed me, I said Ok... I'll take the massage. So I arrive at my new scheduled appointment time and as I walk in, I inform the person at the reception desk that I'm there for my appointment (I later figured out it was the owner Jasmine herself) instead of being greeted warmly... She just stares at me coldly while she tells me to take a seat. I had an uncomfortable feeling that she was upset that I had cancelled a service (that I would not have done if SHE wouldn't have switched my time). So I sit and sit and sit. 40 freakn minutes passed!! The WORST part was that no one bothered to check in on me or offer water or simply say "Yes we know you're here and we're running a little behind". Not one word. As I sat there looking at the clock and watching the time tick by when I new I had to be out by 1pm (something I had made clear to Jasmine). When I noticed it was 12:15, I got up and walked out. What was the point of going forward with what was supposed to be a "relaxing" massage when I'd be stressed out about the time? I'd just be wasting my money. I suspect her massage person had been booked and she was waiting to take me at 12:30. Instead of "asking" me what service I wanted she should have said she could only book me for a facial instead of booking me for a service that she couldn't provide at the time I was asking for. I left their spa at 12:15 and didn't get a call from them till 12:30. Exactly how long had they expected me to wait? An hour? Ridiculous. Worst treatment I've ever encountered by a Spa. Beyond unprofessional. I wasted my Sat morning waiting around when I could have gotten my massage or facial elsewhere. Live and learn I guess. I will NEVER return. read more

So I go for a second time I have an appt with jasmine but when I get there she looks at me like a deer in a headlight. I went in for my first facial ever and was not thrilled. I didn't know what to expect because it was my first time but I do know usually black heads and pimples are taken care of during a facial. The women did not provide those services for me, and ever since then my skin has been hurting as if it was burnt and is extremely dry. My friend and I had the same service done and after speaking with her, her experience was nothing like mine. I will not be returning back to this place and do not recommend it. Let's make this quick and to the point. I found this place a couple years ago while in desperate need to find someone good but not expensive and Jasmine is THE ONE. Jasmine does IMMACULATE work on my brows every single time, to the point that I refuse to go with anyone else she is just that good. I am faithful to her great work at keeping me fuzz free. Prices are great, she takes care of you and does a very thorough job every time. I've even gotten so fancy as to (try) and get regular facials from her. Even when coming in to have hair forcibly removed I always leave feeling relaxed, pretty and valued as a customer.
