You can't go anywhere in or and Portland and get this kind of hair cut for less than $40, and if they touch your beard up add another $10-$20 on top of that. Then there's tip, because you have to tip. After my experience I will be coming back again. Jeff did a great job cutting my hair. He's an amazing person, and we had a wonderful exchange. So by now, he is able to compare from past experiences and tell me if he enjoyed getting his haircut done or not. We haven't really found a barber he was completely satisfied with, until now! We needed to cut my son's hair in short notice and I was pleased to see that this barber shop allowed walk-ins bcuz so many around only do by appointments. When we walked-in, we didn't have to wait long for his turn. I showed Joffer a picture of how my son wanted his haircut to look and Joffer mentioned not to make the sides too faded/bald, which I really appreciated bcuz I really didn't want it too short for him. My son was done in no time and he even was offered a lollipop in the end! But what really made the icing on the cake was what my son told me after his haircut - As he was smiling from ear to ear, I asked him how was it and he told me that he (Joffer) was by far his favorite barber, not because he was Filipino (like us hehe) but because he was nice to him and always blow dried his hair frequently throughout his haircut to prevent him from getting itchy!
