Jason installed an outlet & Box and conduit to light for power for two overhead lights in the patio structure. His bid was comparable to theirs I received. He texts and calls within reasonable time frames of communication for the upcoming job(s). He was professional and personable. My husband and I had a couple ideas but he gave us a third option and we ended up going with it. We are glad we did. He was quick and efficient but not hurried at all,....just stayed to task and asked me before installing the box, where would I like for aesthetic reasons. I appreciated that. They clean up after themselves. We are waiting for a quote on another job we want him to do. I called Wakefield Electric on the recommendation of a friend because my electricity had been going out randomly for the last several days and it was requiring several breaker resets to get going again and eventually was not resetting at all. Jason Wakefield responded quickly to my call and went out of his way to come by my house 30 minutes after I called him on his way back from another job. He worked in drizzling rain and not too distant thunder/lightning to fix my issues while also taking the time to explain what was wrong and show me exactly what wires were extremely damaged due to age and possible over-load. He showed genuine concern when I explained my wife and I had been flipping the main breaker without knowing exactly how damaged the wiring was behind the panel cover. Jason was great! He fit me in the same morning after I called him with my last minute request for help. He came when he said he would. He and Pablo worked diligently to fix the problem.
