Kayed was amazing! We were getting bids for wiring and install of the electrical for a hot tub. Kayed was first to reply with a flat rate that beat the competition. So I was a little skeptical because I only sent him a couple of pictures. He even thought of things that I didn't think of, like move the lights so don't fall into the hot tub or moving an outlet because it was too close to the water. Very attentive to customer's demands and providing solutions to issues! I had a couple of old Casablanca ceiling fans that needed to be repaired due to length of use. Most companies that have looked at them have written up massive quotes to replace both units claiming that they could not find parts, motor/switches were defective, etc. My biggest concern with replacements is that the newer fans do not have the CFM output or higher RPM on motors. It took about 15 mins to diagnose issue on both fans independently. But once tech identified, we were able to head to Home Depot and locate parts to correct issues. Then it took approximately another 10 mins on each fan to reconnect wiring on fan and electrical wall controls before closing back up. The largest quote I received from another electrical contractor was $2500 to replace all 3 of my fans. As I stated previously, I was only having issues with 2 ceiling fans. With Masah Electric, I paid just over 10% of that to address and correct my issue. Now I am ready to utilize both in our current summer-like weather in Feb 26'. So the last thing I wanted to happen as I was leaving my home in the morning, was for the garage door opener to stop working as I was trying to take my kid to school. After dropping him off and coming back home I began to try and trouble shoot the issue myself. I had used a three light receptacle tester and could see that I was getting a Hot ground reverse light. After my professional google search skills told me this could be a loose or split wire.
