Terrible professional and man overall. Made my mother cry when she came to him for help. Showed no…read moreempathy or compassion at all for a person in pain. Would rather die than have this man treat me or anyone I care about for that matter. 1 star is honestly more than this "man" ever deserves. The words STAY AWAY have never had a truer meaning. Go at your own risk. Should have medical license stripped.

This doctor wasted my time, money, and caused me unnecessary stress. I went to him with swollen…read moretonsils, thinking he would simply recommend a tonsillectomy. He told me "that's not a thing anymore, adults don't get that done." Confused, I told him that I was having trouble breathing and swallowing. He said we needed to run some allergy tests. I told him I wasn't allergic to anything, and he insisted it was what we had to do. He wasn't very nice, his bedside manner is standoffish, and he didn't seem to care about the fact that I was having trouble breathing! He just kept typing "notes" on his computer. What good are notes if the patient is confused?? These allergy tests are done on one arm, 3 separate times. Well, because they don't have the allergy testers there every day, it took me over 2 months to get it all done. It was so hard to get appointments on the days/times that I could because there was never anyone there. At the end of this ordeal, I had ended up wasting my time because as I had told him, I wasn't allergic to anything! My tonsils were still the same as the first day I saw him. Guess what he told me? That I needed a tonsillectomy!!! He referred me to a colleague and told me to contact them ASAP because my tonsils were asymmetrical and that could be a big cause for concern. Didn't he say tonsillectomy's weren't a "thing"????!!!!! I asked him why that was a concern, but he said he couldn't be sure, but to schedule an appointment with the doctor he recommended and try to get them out as soon as possible. He left the room even though it was pretty obvious I was confused and scared. To cut a long story short, I didn't go to the doctor he recommended, since I can't say I really trust him, or ANY of his recommendations. I did my research and found another doctor who immediately after seeing me, said that I could get them out if I wanted, due to their sheer size. A few months later, I'm tonsil-free and grateful that I didn't have Dr. Groisman anywhere near my operation room! 2 months of my life and money were wasted thanks to him!
