Yes! I can't believe after all these years in Pflugerville I never knew about Jason. So today, after finding out my granddaughter fell for a phishing expedition (!!!!), I called him in an absolute panic. Within 20 minutes he was fixing the problem, making sure her computer was secure, and then moved on to mine to make sure mine was, too. One of the shadiest/unprofessional businesses I've had to deal with. Needed pretty common repairs that every legitimate PC Repair shop should be able to handle. I emailed a document to Jason detailing the repairs needed which included the specifications for my PCs. Just before I was about to head to their shop, Jason texted me a different address to drop everything off at which ended up being one of their technician's apartments... Moving forward, Jason never gave me the building number prior or while I was actively texting him and asking for it for at least 10 minutes(Jason just repeatedly said that the technician's outside and can't find me instead of telling me the building number in an apartment complex that had tons of buildings...). After Jason finally told the building number and I went to it, I waited outside for at least 10 more minutes for the technician to come outside of his apartment. During all of this time, I had made it clear to Jason that I was in an Uber and the driver said that he needed to go home. Moving forward again, the technician finally comes outside, looks at my PC's and tells me that he does not have the capacity to repair them(as I wrote above I had made the repairs needed very clear to Jason and included the specifications for my PC's in a document emailed to Jason). So I mention the word Yelp to the technician and he then gets on the phone with Jason, and it's just complete nonsense for at least 20 more minutes outside the technician's apartment with Jason and the technician not giving straight answers as to whether or not they can repair the PCs. The way that Jason was speaking to me, and I'm not exaggerating when I say this- it honestly felt like if I were to have waited 1-2 hours longer outside the technician's apartment that Jason would not see this as being a problem for me... read more

I usually am able to figure out computer issues myself. The one time I couldn't I had gone to everyone I could think of to help me, Best Buy, the manufacturer of the product, and most of them were over pricing the repair or didn't know what they were talking about. We worked with Jason in the past for my daughter's gaming computer and he was super helpful! But today, he performed a Christmas miracle! My son received his long anticipated graphics card as a Christmas present. He was reasonably sure he would be able to install it. But after about 30 minutes of fiddling with it he gave up because it didn't fit and it started making a weird beeping noise when he plugged it in. He was heartbroken so I texted Jason on the off chance that he might be able to fix this computer sometime this week. Unbelievably, Jason was able to fix his computer today. Jason is a god send! I had just lost my job and needed my laptop rescued from a virus that had me totally shut down. He got on my laptop remotely right then and spent the next four hours cleaning up and ridding my computer from the many virus's I had it was a mess, but he fixed it for me right away. My laptop has never run better! I was able to get back on my computer that same day to get my business done. The rates that he charges are VERY reasonable, for the services he provides, he knows what he's doing. My experience was terrible. I researched several computer repair shops when my computer need to be repaired. I looked at the website and read the reviews and wasted my time thinking that jason would repair my computer. When I contacted them I was told that he no longer worked on hardware issues, even though his website makes no mention of this, and isn't that what computer repair Is? He said he would not even look at it and I needed to go somewhere else. Again I wasted my time nd a lot of effort looking for a computer repair shop. If I called PC Doctor, well I understand, they do tune ups and diagnostics, but to call yourself a repair shop when you won't even look at a computer that needs to be repaired, well it was a waste of time and made for a horrible experience. I can't even begin to describe how great Jason is. He's helped us on numerous projects on multiple computers and completes everything in a professional and timely manner while also remaining a positive and friendly point of contact. I always find going into computer shops daunting because the technicians I've encountered aren't usually super professional and they tend to charge you an arm and a leg just to take a look at the computer. I called Jason (found him on yelp) for issues with an older virus riddled dell laptop. The hardware was not as important as the files that were on it, and my access to them. The laptop was practically inaccessible due to an infestation of Ransomeware. To make a bad situation worse, it was the strain of the .zepto file. At present no one has a 100% cure for this. Jason made it his personal challenge to at least set me up to where I can access the files going forward. He also deep cleaned the hard drive. Expunged deep-seated spyware adware and other perfunctory Virus's that were laced into my windows 10 that reduced its performance to sub-sloth speed. Essentially this a like new, fast running little machine that if Jason had not spent the time to optimize, I most likely would've done as most do in this day and age. That is disregarded it as antiquated and simply purchase a new laptop. All this at a more than reasonable price. Especially given the time he spent. His efforts were directed specifically at what I needed to have done instead of a blanket cookie cutter solution you see with the big box stores mobile tech services. Too many times those mobile tech services give your laptop a once over scan. Then they start billing you by the hour. If not easily fixable, of course their solution is that you purchased one of their new laptops. I know, shocker, right? I believe in supporting local small business. I believe they are the backbone of our country, but it also makes sense to support local small businesses who contribute $$ right back into our local economy. Jason could not have been more forthcoming and honest about what could be done, and his prices were more than reasonable. Jason was very responsive anytime I contacted him. So it has been just over a year since Jason first came to my rescue. Once again I was getting the Blue Screen of Death so I called Jason right away. Jason preforms great computer repair service! I called him on a Saturday afternoon with both home PC computers down. One was a constant Blue Screen! I thought I would schedule some work, but he got right on it right then. He was busy, but fit me in to his schedule. My laptop was getting the Blue Screen. He connected remotely and it was fixed that day. The desktop needed a wireless card and it was way too slow. I met Jason and dropped the computer off. He added the card and drivers. I found Jason randomly through an Internet search. My computer was running slow and having annoying pop ups and freezes constantly. The prices he listed on his website were much more reasonable than anyone else and he was close by, so I sent him an email. He responded less than a day later. I called and arranged for him to look at my computer. He came to my house to pick up my computer, fixed it quickly, only charged me the minimum amount to fix it (very reasonable price) and then returned it to my home the next day. My computer was old, slow, needed a new battery and was battling pop ups due to subpar antivirus. Jason got me the battery, cleaned it up, and put word on it. I contacted Jason (and a few other Yelp businesses) about my growing pile of inoperable laptops, explaining that I could no longer afford to keep up the habit of just buying a new computer. I explained the issues with all 3 and asked for a rough price quote. He was the only one who responded with a straightforward estimate of what he thought would need to be done and how much it would be for each issue. The other answers I received were not helpful and left me wondering what kind of bill I would be getting myself into. So I took all 3 computers to him and he had me not just one, but TWO working laptops within 3 days, with all of my files recovered. I saw that Jason had great reviews on yelp, so I called him this morning. I could not get my pc to recognize my wifi any longer. I had this problem once before and had to take my pc to another vendor and he fixed it, but it took 4 days. Jason walked me through the steps to go into to safe mode and download his remote software. He then fixed the problem, checked for malicious files, cleared out old files and defragged the hard drive. I had him also clean up my laptop remotely. Jason has helped me out twice in the last month. The first time, I needed my home laptop cleaned/optimized, which I hadn't done in 7 years. Jason cleaned up my system via remote access, and, within a few hours, he had my system running like new and improved its security. Well I found Jason on yelp and decided to give him a shot after having some issue with my business/gaming laptop. Now I like to think of myself as tech savvy and I can be a bit overbearing when it comes to things i want or need in a computer. Jason took all of this in stride! He took my laptop and within the next few hours diagnosed that I had a motherboard failure. I told him thanks for his time but I was going to have to purchase a new machine and quick for work. He told me that since he didn't actually do any work on my laptop he would not charge me for the diagnosis! BONUS. He then informed me that he had comparable rig that he could set up for me with the hard drive from my old machine...I thought about it for a bit but decided to give Ol' Best Buy a shot at my business. Over the next few days BB did nothing but tell me one thing and do another! So I called Jason back and asked if he still had the machine and he said no problem I can get the other computer set up for you in no time. Now what he did next is above and beyond the call of duty...not only did he sell me a very comparable machine (at a great price mind you) but he set up the computer in such a way to make even the geekiest gamer proud! I recently moved to Round Rock and my computer died - probably too much jostling during multiple moves. I found Jason while searching online for computer repair near me. Jason responded promptly and professionally. I dropped my computer off with him. He didn't repair it because the cost wouldn't have been worth it for the age of the computer, but he did recover data from my hard drive. This took a while because the drive was in bad shape, but he stuck with it until he got the bulk of the data. The data was sent electronically and he even helped remotely when I had problems with the zip file. I was able to pay online and then met Jason to get my hard drive back. While all of this was happening, I left my new computer (in the box still) with Jason and he got everything set up and working properly in no time.
