    Mesa chicken salad

Has a very similar style/ambiance to the major chain Panera Bread. I didn't order any of the most popular dishes. The BLT looked very good. The restaurant was as busy and could has used some TLC in the dining room but Monday lunch rush, so I understand! What did I order: -mesa Chicken salad (good but wouldn't order again) the dressing was very watery! -ice water Overall: stop in, I bet their sandwiches are very good but wouldn't rave about my experience. This is just your average deli lunch spot

Bowl Broccoli Cheese Soup Chocolate Chip Cookie (310 cal)

This is my go-to for soup. I was feeling a bit under the weather, so I went to Jason's Deli to pick up some broccoli cheese soup. Service was great. The store is also neat. I was offered a drink while I waited which I declined. I have a habit of that which I'm trying to break. Honestly, I was just trying to get in and get out. I believe it was the manager that provided the excellent customer service. While I waited, he was joking around with his employees. They seemed liked a good team working together. Not something you see very often these days. When he handed me my soup, he let me know that he added a chocolate chip cookie. Now, how did he know that CCCs are my favorite. Thank you, Sir!

Thank you Kalani for an outstanding experience every time! Truly the best!

Well let me start by saying that the service at Jason's Deli is top-notch! The staff is always friendly, attentive, and goes above and beyond to ensure a good dining experience. Kudos to the entire team! But I do want to give a special shoutout to Kalani for always making our dining experience truly memorable. His attentiveness and friendly demeanor enhances our meal and it makes us feel valued guests. So a big thank you Kalani for always providing outstanding service, for your menu knowledge and attention to detail , for always making us feel welcome, and always knowing what we want to order. I've been battling with cancer for 5 years and one of my biggest problem is a foggy memory, it's frustrating when you've been at the same restaurant many times and you still can't remember your favorite meal. But every single time here comes Kalani to the rescue, with the biggest smile, no need to get my phone and read through my notes to make sure I get my order right, and let me tell you it's such a nice feeling to see that Kalani remembers our meal ever single time. We can see that he truly cares about the customers, he's very courteous, and polite. Always making us feel like VIPs lol. He goes above and beyond to provide great customer service, the dedication and passion for his job never goes unnoticed! Even when it comes to offering excellent recommendations when it comes to the menu. I must say great service!" he is super friendly, he always going the extra mile to make sure us and every customer is satisfied while they dine in . The entire staff works together to create a seamless dining experience. We never have to ask anything twice! This restaurant has such a vibrant atmosphere. The energy is contagious and always puts me in a great mood. The delicious food, impeccable service, and charming ambiance is a plus. The attention to detail and commitment to guest service set it apart from the rest. Our experience at this restaurant is nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived until we leave. We always feel welcome and pampered by the food and the service. I highly recommend it! You do not often find a place where every element comes together so perfectly. I'll be recommending it to all my friends and family.

Thank you for your generosity in providing lunch for us at the hospital, Jason's Deli! YOU ROCK!

I want to send a humongous Thank You to Jason's Deli! Working in a hospital during this pandemic has been exhausting, mentally, physically and emotionally. This particular restaurant generously donated lunches to us and it was such a wonderful surprise. Super thankful that they considered those of us who don't eat meat and offered a vegetarian boxed lunch! This included a sub full of fresh veggies, dressing and cheese. So good! The lunch kit also included chips, cookie and pickle spear. Your generosity was very, very appreciated!

Turkey wrap without guacamole with fresh fruit. The wrap was lightly toasted - delicious!

We chose the turkey wrap with a fruit side. It was prepared as requested without the guacamole. Service was quick even on a busy afternoon. The restaurant was clean. The server was helpful in explaining the ingredients in the fruit and vegetables side options.

Today I ordered through the app. I was in a hurry, I had to get back to work. When I checked in. The cashier asked if I was " pick up" I said yes. After waiting another 7 min or so. After a bunch of other people got there orders. She looked at the "to go rack" and there was my order. I guess there's a difference between "pick up and to go orders". So my food was already there getting cold. After I finally got it home. I opened it to see they forgot my au jus dip. On the app I just put "no sides" not no dip. Needless to say I went back and got my money back! The manager did offer a new sandwich and refund my money. I ran out of time and had to return to work. On the returned money I noticed they kept the "tip" On a positive note: only had to wait 6 more hours until dinner. Larry

A graceful 3. I stopped by this place with my daughter for the first time on a random weekday…read more Before I begin, let me just say this: first impressions really are everything. When we walked in, no one greeted us or explained how the ordering process worked. We took our time looking over the menu and were pretty much left to figure things out on our own. To be fair, one employee was checking out customers and another appeared to be preparing food, so I can give a little grace there. After about 3-5 minutes, someone came from the back and politely asked how he could help. I mentioned that it was our first visit, and he instructed us to order our sandwiches with him. After taking our order, he immediately started preparing the sandwiches. Unfortunately, no directions were given about what to do next. We moved over to what appeared to be the sandwich topping station, where another employee was working. He never acknowledged us, and by that point, both the cashier and sandwich prep employee had disappeared to the back. We grabbed a bag of chips and headed toward the register, assuming maybe toppings weren't part of the process. When the cashier eventually returned, she looked at us as if she was wondering why we were standing there. I explained that it was our first time and that we hadn't received any instructions. She quickly apologized and gave us a rundown of how everything worked. As it turned out, our sandwiches were simply waiting to be dressed with toppings. While she was helping us, the employee who had been standing at the topping station the entire time walked off carrying completed sandwiches. I'm assuming he was handling to-go or catering orders, but his lack of acknowledgment made the experience feel a little cold and unwelcoming. Once we got through the ordering process, things improved. The young lady finished our sandwiches, checked us out, and we decided to dine in since the wind outside changed our plans to enjoy the patio. The décor was interesting, with lots of unique things to look at and talk about. We also loved the family feel of the space and the large windows that filled the restaurant with beautiful natural light. The sandwiches did the job and filled us up for lunch. The taste was decent, but I feel like I could have made better choices had I understood the ordering process from the beginning. This feels like a place that's very comfortable for regulars but not necessarily geared toward first-time visitors. Would I return? It's not at the top of my list, but I wouldn't completely rule it out either.
