The two women I interacted with were so sweet and helpful. My cashier was Tiffani and she was great at helping me navigate the menu and her customer service was awesome! I got a baked potato and a one trip salad bar to-go. The potato was HUGE. Did not expect that! Realized I didn't really need the salad because the potato was so much food! It was super delicious! Though big, I feel like $8 was pretty steep for a plain potato. The salad was not that good though. They had a large selection of toppings which was awesome but everything kind of tasted old. I went at 8pm, I'm wondering if it just sat out all day. Good thing I was full on the potato! I LOVE Jason's Deli. I love the salad bar most of all. I have been known to make noises that are almost inappropriate while eating my salads lol. Groan and moan. Yummmm. So fresh. I love the kalamata olives and the cherry grape tomatoes. My fave thing is the walnut and cranberry, raisin, topping. Love thier ranch dressing and I'm a blue cheese girl! It's like that hidden valley buttermilk dressing you make at home by hand. It's that good. Seriously anywhere else I hate ranch. I could drink it here. Their red onions unfortunately for anyone near me the rest of the day, are also a fave. Always sweet. Sandwiches are good too. I like the chicken salad croissant sandwich as there is a sweetness to the salad. Pineapple. I also like the Ruben and the beefeater. The potatoes are the size of your face. Jason's Deli is a fantastic choice. My favorites are the Club Royale and the Turkey Wrap. Both are very good and always fresh. Working as a teacher I don't have time to go out for lunch, so Jason's is a great option for my team because they deliver. They do have a pretty steep delivery charge, but it's nice to have a place that will deliver. The only thing I haven't loved from Jason's are their box lunches. The sandwiches are often soggy and plain. Not my favorite. But overall, Jason's Deli is a great place to grab a bite with friends. read more

I love Jason's Deli, their Ruben is out of this world. I personally like the Managers Special with 1/2 sandwich and a trip to the salad bar, you can also go to the liter side on the sandwich for seniors and ladies. The salad bar is loaded with all your favorite fresh vegetables when combined makes for a mouth watering delight, the pumpernickel tiny muffins are also a favorite of most guests, my only regret is my eyes usually are bigger than my stomach. Traveling for business, it was late and wanted something not heavy or bad for me for dinner, after I worked out. Walked in around 8:30 on a Monday night... Was never greeted and they looked at me like I had 3 heads on my shoulders.... When I finally approached the employees, it was still a challenge to get a smile or even a simple greeting out of them. Ordered a Turkey Wrap.... If this is what Jason's Deli serves, I'll never eat at another Jason's Deli again!! Dry, stale tortilla, TONS of lettuce, that tasted like it still had dirt on it, mayonaisse or something white oozing out of the end of the tortilla, but strangely.... ALMOST NO TURKEY! I did find a sliver of turkey, about the size of half a dollar bill. That's it, all lettuce, white ooze and somewhere in there I thought, mind you thought, I tasted guacamole... Also ordered some fresh fruit, the strawberries were rotten and inedible! I wish I could post photos so you could see what I'm referring to. BAD!! Terrible!! Jason's deli is great for "dine in" or "delivery." Everyone is very friendly and always has a smile on their faces. We do delivery a lot at our house and the drivers are always very nice and always on time. They have a great attitude and are friendly. Great food for watching a ballgame on TV or having friends over. From the wonderful soups, to the beef eater sandwich, to the wraps, it is all very good. OK...have yet to receive food, so this review is based solely on delivery policies. I placed an online order, address checked and confirmed, no problem. Ten minutes later I received a polite call stating that we are out of the delivery area, and therefore the delivery charge will be doubled!? I asked about the website and was told it is a general website and doesn't have specific info....not to helpful when trying to feed the family. And in addition to the now $10 delivery fee, our food won't arrive for almost an hour....really? The Loop runs three minutes south of our location. I would have canceled had it not been a crazy night. Very disappointed. Food is fine, and did get here before an hour. I updated stars to reflect this. read more

Hey everyone, just wanted to share a customer experience with you. I did speak to the manager on my way out. So, I wanted a bowl of the great Chili Jason's has. I knew better since my son was asleep, but my wife insisted I go ahead a get something, since I hadn't had lunch. Well we get there and I enter the entry door, not the exit, I waited for two other customers ahead of me. While I am looking at the menu, the cashier moved away and when he returned began refilling his coins, So I waited patiently until he said, can I help you. Rather then stand infront of him while he plays with his coins. While I am waiting a woman walks into the exit door and stands directly beside me like she is in line. I glaced at her and looked back toward her husband who walked in behind her with a stroller. He saw me look at him and began calling his wife, Angel's name like three times. She purposefully ignored him. I never heard the cashier say, next. She just walks up and begins to order ahead of me. The cashier even looks at me and looks down. He nevers says to her, I am sorry this person was next in line. He just punches in her order. He never said to me, sir are you ready? I honestly almost lost it. I can't understand how a person can be so oblivious to others. The lady and the employee. I love Jason's Deli and the manager offered to take my order ahead of everyone else who came through the exit and formed a line. Please if you visit Jason's have a little courtesy and if you see someone standing there. Don't assume you are next, take a moment and ask, were you next. I am sure your over weight body can wait a minute to order for you and your kids and you beaten down husband who saw me talking to the manager and never said, I am sorry. Don't cost another person their business, because I could have walked out, blasted this business on social media worse then this. All because you wanted to be the obese Queen winning dinner. Their Chicken Pot Pie soup is to kill for. I also love their salad bar because everthing is super fresh. However, their specialty is the mufalato sandwich and is as good as any I have ever eaten anywhere including N'Orleams. My wife will not get anything but the CPPie soup and a Tuna Salad Sandwich, trying to steal a bite of either from her is worth your arm if not your life. I was in town visiting a friend and wanted some Jason Deli my last day in town. After a quick Yelp search I found this location. I stopped in on Sept 5 around 6:30-7pm ish time. I was amazed at how clean the store appeared, every one had smiles on their faces and I was greeted with a warm welcome . I ordered the managers special the Chicken Panini and one trip to the salad bar. Let's talk about salad bar. I was highly amazed at how clean the salad bar was, it was FRESHLY stocked with fresh veggies. I did not see any salad dressing dripping. Everything was clean. I am real big on energy and the store had a positive vibe. The manger on duty that day, came by my table to check up on me and my party. He asked if everything was okay and fresh. I explained to him everything was perfect. The manger name was Otto. He stood out to me due to the fact he got along with everyone. From the regulars down to his crew members. I can tell he is a good manger because his crew members respected him and took direction from him well. I love being in a family environment. I decided to try something a little different yesterday and I was so excited after my first bite! I had the sweet potato with avocados, and although it didn't sound as if it would be good together, it was really amazingly out of this world good. I am one to eat the outside of the potato, and it tastes so great. I also got the salad bar, and I am still eating off of that here on the next day. My lunch is ready, because that is what I am having today. I love their honey mustard dressing - it's so fresh and it is the best honey mustard dressing that I have ever had. The food was good, as it always has been. When finishing the busboy came and took my plate, this is good......Until he reaches across my wife's plate, while she is eating, to get her soup bowl. I ask him to leave, he just smiles and picks up her napkin and fork, she pauses and he gets her plate. I tell him to leave, he just smiles and wipes the table. He cant understand english.
