I ordered the Panera chicken sandwich and it was disappointing. By the time it was delivered the bread was soggy to start. I asked for no thousand island dressing and tomatoes, but got them anyway. I also ordered their chocolate chip mousse, and it has no flavor whatsoever. It only takes one time to waste my money and you won't get it again. Um NO! Worst Jason's Deli I have ever been to. On the first visit, our simple order was wrong. Took them a few minutes to figure out that we were missing an entire sandwich. Then we has to ask twice for our salad plates. Both containers of lettuce on the salad bar were so cold that the lettuce was icy and wilted. I let the young lady know and she smirked, walked off...coming back with a new bag of lettuce she dumped atop. Which will result in even more wasted food. Second visit, they came to our table to drop off our meal and it turned out to be someone else's food. I was away washing my hands, and my husband started eating, not knowing it was not our order. Third and final visit was also the final straw. They always have very good customer service and you can get their salad bar if you like it's always looking good I also get a cup of their soap also. . Stopped in for a light dinner tonight ,my husbands half plain Jane was burnt inside and when I asked the female employee if they had any blue cheese dressing for my salad she walked me over to the empty container to show me where it was. She then proceeded to walk away as I asked again so do you have any blue cheese ,she rudely snapped her gloves off walked to the back not saying a word. I'm a big fan of the nutty mix-up salad. Fresh greens, nuts, apples, grapes, feta. I substituted salmon for the chicken. It was overcooked and dry, but edible. Still, the salad is very good. The plain jane baked potato (sadness, no more sweet potato option) was the biggest spud I have ever seen. A little dry, but served with butter, sour cream, and cheese to make up for it. Not sure I'd order this again. For $7 fee and a $20 order minimum, they will deliver if you place your order by ~4:30pm. A nice healthy option when I'm in town and without a car. read more

The parking lot is fairly big but is also connected to the restaurants on both the left and right side. It's kind of hard to find a spot so I usually order food online and just pick it up because they have a specific parking area for that. I just recently started coming here but so far they have never messed up an order of mine, and the food always tastes fresh! The girl at the cash register was super friendly and patient with me and my S.O., since we didn't know what we wanted. She took our order and we waited for it to be ready. I've been to a few Jason's deli locations and hadn't been to one in a few years. In the past I have always ordered the sandwiches, wraps, and soup options. I opted to dine in and tried the Turkey royale sandwich, got the side of fruit and chips. Perfect lunch option. I really love that fruit dip as a sweet treat. I got a glass for water and honestly the water tasted a bit off, not sure if it was a taste coming from the cup itself but I didn't drink it. I think the "temporality closed" message is an error because I was just there this week. I frequented this location while on a business trip. The lean green sweet potato is back and I couldn't be happier. I always get the lighter portion and it's plenty for dinner. The service was fast and efficient. Danny, the gentleman who busses the tables, was so polite and even recognized me on my return visits. I appreciate the side / quieter room. This location had TVs which I've never seen at Jason's. Though big, I feel like $8 was pretty steep for a plain potato. The salad was not that good though. They had a large selection of toppings which was awesome but everything kind of tasted old. I went at 8pm, I'm wondering if it just sat out all day. Good thing I was full on the potato!
