F'ing amazing. So much good food.

Good food! Expensive (what isn't?) but they're very generous. God a lamb plate for $18, but it's easily enough for four meals for this 63 year old turd. Most plates were in the $14 range.

This place is MUST try if you are driving through Lubbock. Located near Costco, this place has huge dine in and cute outdoor sitting as well in covered area. I liked about this place that they offer variety but Menu is also simple with custom bowl options. You can choose a base, protein, veggie -salad, sauce, dip and lot of toppings. I got orzo rice base, falafel as protein, roasted veggies, green tahini sauce, muhammra as dip. This bowl also comes side of pita, and I also got hummus as second dip on side. Falafel came fresh, 4 comes in a bowl. Overall pretty good quantity - enough to share between 2. Pretty fast service as most of stuff in pre made but pita and falafel were coming fresh.

reminiscent of cava! opted for the build your own and she filled it to the brimmmm the spicy hummus is delicious, so is the pita bread it comes with (warm, pillowy with a slight crisp) great for studying or dinner

MotoMedi is a "build your own bowl" model. They also have some suggested recipes if you are unfamiliar with the food, like I was. It was delicious! There were a few familiar flavors mixed in with the new flavors. The bowl was enough to be filling without making me feel like I had over-eaten. The space was open and bright. The cost was a little more than I expected. I will probably try MotoMedi again sometime.

Buffet

I got orzo rice, Greek chicken, roasted veggies bell pepper one, leafy arugula with spinach, chick pea salad, avocado, banana peppers, feta cheese, and green tahini sauce. When put into my app it came out about 700 calories but was big enough for 2-3 meals. Staff were amazing, food was great, and atmosphere was calm and clean! Shout out to the Lubbock crew here they were great!

I'm not from here. I moved to Lubbock from a much larger city with any restaurant to fill my culinary desires. Turns out, Lubbock isn't far off from this. Having a place like MotoMedi here was one of my biggest surprises. They do things here what I call "Chipotle style". They make bowls filled with a mix of many different ingredients. Only they have a ton more than Chipotle has ever imagined having. There are bases like rice, salad, and fluffed wheat. Meats including steak, chicken, and lamb. Roasted veggies and fries. Plus a ton of fresh and pickled medleys featuring onions, cabbage, olives, chickpeas, cheeses, and more. Plenty of sauces complete the mix either for topping or dipping the pita that joins your bowl at the end. My biggest desire here is that they would have a rice base option that doesn't include orzo pasta in it. While nothing here can be truly gluten free, that would at least give a more gluten-conscious option. I'd also like to see more price transparency. It says $11 at the start of the build your bowl menu, but it always ends up being over $15 at the checkout and you're left wondering how. Or perhaps employees could say "sure, that's going to be a slight upcharge" like they always do at Chipotle when you order guac. The employees are otherwise fine. They don't have table service. You order and take your food to your table. It's illogical for the machine to ask for tips at the end. Drinks are from a Coca-Cola freestyle machine and the restaurant is a large open concept without any ambiance to speak of. Definitely one of the best restaurants in Lubbock to snag a well-balanced and healthy meal on the fly.

All of the flavors added to this falafel dish was a delight!

Healthy eating here! The staff person was helpful about ordering what I wanted. Kind of a cafeteria where you choose what you want as you move towards the cash register. Fairly new I think, it was clean with lots of sunlight!

Love this food! Such great flavor and so filling. Would totally recommend checking this place out. My only complaint is the variation in the amount of food. Most of the time the bowl is pretty full, but there are times where they do put less than usual (which really stinks). But overall, great experience! P.S. Free ice cream with Turkish coffee syrup (super yum)!

My favorite place to eat on a busy week in Lubbock, everything is super high quality and the portions are big enough for 2-3 meals!

Wowza - what an experience !…read more La Diosa is one of those places that immediately pulls you out of whatever mood you walked in with and drops you somewhere entirely different--in the best way. From the moment you step inside, it feels less like a restaurant and more like an old-world café, wine cellar, art gallery, and lounge all layered into one eclectic, soulful space. The interior is stunning and thoughtfully chaotic in a way that works: exposed beams, hanging lanterns and star lights, rich colors, Frida-inspired art, mismatched tables, velvet chairs, communal seating, tucked-away corners, and rooms that feel like they were meant for lingering conversations. Every turn gives you something new to look at, whether it's a massive art installation overhead, a wall of wine, or a cozy lounge setup that makes you want to settle in and stay awhile. Food-wise, tapas and paella are the stars here. This is the kind of menu that encourages sharing, ordering a few things, sipping wine, and letting the night unfold. The chalkboard sign lets you know what they're proud of--and it shows. Pair that with their wine selection and you're set. There's also live music on certain nights, which fits the space perfectly. After a certain hour it shifts into a 21+ vibe, and it truly feels like the place comes alive in the evening--dim lighting, music, conversation, and that intimate, almost transportive energy. La Diosa isn't rushed, flashy, or trying to be trendy. It's warm, artistic, and unapologetically itself. Come here when you want an experience, not just a meal. It's ideal for a date night, a long catch-up with friends, or anyone who appreciates atmosphere just as much as what's on the table.

Service was absolutely fabulous--attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely engaged. Food came out…read morequickly, and the overall vibe of the restaurant is eclectic and interesting. Now to the food and beverage side. The menu offers wine only, which isn't ideal, but I understand that's a choice every owner has to make. The meatballs were clearly pre-made and then reheated in the Marsala sauce. They were overly salty, and the sauce itself lacked balance it leaned heavily acidic, almost vinegary, without the richness you'd expect. The "Barcelona" pizza was solid, but again, shortcuts were noticeable. The crust was clearly pre-made. I appreciated the heat, but overall the flavor profile was fairly flat.Best thing I had was freshly baked bread it was fresh and tasty. Overall, great service and atmosphere, but the food execution didn't quite live up to it.
