The store itself is on the smaller side, and it can feel a bit messy. The shelves and tables aren't very organized, so sometimes it takes a while to go through everything. The biggest issue for me is the customer service. There are a few employees who seem friendly, but most of the time, the staff don't come off as very welcoming or helpful. It can feel a bit uncomfortable, like you're being watched or judged, which makes the whole shopping experience less enjoyable. That being said, the clothing quality is pretty decent, and there are definitely some cute pieces if you take the time to look. I mostly come back because my daughter likes it, otherwise I'd probably just shop online or look for other stores with friendlier service to avoid the in store experience.

When we were walking out, one of the workers stared at us very intently. We didn't think much of it just kept walking. Another worker FOLLOWED US after we left the store and ASKED TO SEE THE RECEIPT. We showed her the receipt and she asked why isn't the receipt matching the item even though the price and date do. I said "if you want you can look at the security footage, not our problem that your cashier input the wrong item." She then walked always and gave us a very nasty look. If the store regularly deals with stealing, there might be a better solution than FOLLOWING YOU CUSTOMERS AND ASKING FOR RECEIPTS. Just a thought :)

(Super friendly and inviting) The atmosphere was amazing. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a "hello" and "can I help you with something" as soon as I said "yes, please" It felt as though I was given a personal stylist. I tried on about 10 dresses and I usually hate the way 50% of things look on my body type. I LOVED every single thing I tried on. (Which is crazy to me because I just had a baby a few months ago and haven't been feeling super confident) The clothes are great quality and yes you're going to pay a little more than your run-of-the-mill fashion stores, but you get what you pay for. You're also helping a SMALL FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS! The material is amazing, true to size and fits perfectly. Overall amazing. I never ever rate any business but I had to this once. However if you're a seller - selling your expensive clothes you don't get much back. I paid $80 plus for a Patagonia dress directly from Patagonia website but that dress is only worth $9 selling to Crossroad -ouchie. I'll learn not to buy expensive things?-LOL. No greetings from staff at the front. They just mostly talked among each other. Fitting room staff was very sweet and polite. Shoes and clothes are organized by sections.

I've shopped here a few times and today I was lucky enough to run into the owner while shopping. She is super personable and went above and beyond, offering water and styling a look with me.
