The biggest issue for me is the customer service. There are a few employees who seem friendly, but most of the time, the staff don't come off as very welcoming or helpful. It can feel a bit uncomfortable, like you're being watched or judged, which makes the whole shopping experience less enjoyable. That being said, the clothing quality is pretty decent, and there are definitely some cute pieces if you take the time to look. I mostly come back because my daughter likes it, otherwise I'd probably just shop online or look for other stores with friendlier service to avoid the in store experience.

(Super friendly and inviting) The atmosphere was amazing. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a "hello" and "can I help you with something" as soon as I said "yes, please" It felt as though I was given a personal stylist. I tried on about 10 dresses and I usually hate the way 50% of things look on my body type. I LOVED every single thing I tried on. (Which is crazy to me because I just had a baby a few months ago and haven't been feeling super confident) The clothes are great quality and yes you're going to pay a little more than your run-of-the-mill fashion stores, but you get what you pay for. You're also helping a SMALL FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS! The material is amazing, true to size and fits perfectly. Overall amazing. I never ever rate any business but I had to this once. You can literally find the same or better on apps like Poshmark for less, or just buy it new with a coupon/promo code or at an outlet. It feels less like a thrift/consignment store and more like a place banking on people not knowing better. Whoever runs pricing here clearly understands how to maximize profit--but not value. Also sad seeing people get turned away with bags and bags of clothing. Seems like a humiliation ritual. Save your time and money.

They have a nice variety of dresses, sweaters, pants, pajamas and leisure wear. They have accessories as well as amazing smelling candles. I've shopped here a few times and today I was lucky enough to run into the owner while shopping. She is super personable and went above and beyond, offering water and styling a look with me.
