I called customer service & was told that I had to wait 5 days after it was delivered to file a claim... 5 days seems like a ridiculous amount of time to have to wait for a package to just show up out of nowhere. Then I was told to contact the delivery service & file a complaint with them because Princess Polly isn't at fault. I couldn't believe that I was hearing 5 days to wait for something to show up after I paid for the expedited shipping & then got two different sets of information about the delivery date & that they wouldn't even make an exception seeing as I ordered this for a party that was happening the day before the 5 days was up. I'm going to stick to finding all my Princess Polly finds on consignment because at least I won't have to pay $70 & wait 5 days after to get something in motion about my missing items.
