I honestly think this place is great. Considering their prices are affordable for those who serve. The PX isn't really a PX lol. It's like a tiny gas station shop without a gas station. They accommodated us for an upgrade to have two queen beds instead of a queen bed with a pull out sofa. It's our first time staying here and I am glad I got to experience it.

This coffee shop is located in Hale Koa in the lobby. The coffee shop opens early! I picked up a coffee and a pastry just after 6am on a Saturday. They serve Starbucks coffee and Tazo teas. They also sell a variety of pastries, fresh fruit, water bottles and juices. I ordered a Coconut Milk Mocha Macchiato and a Sticky Bun. Prices are comparable to other coffee shops. The Sticky Bun was $3 and my coffee was over $5. The Sticky Bun was delicious. The coffee was on point. There was only one barista and she was friendly and fast. Overall, this coffee shop is convenient for hotel guest of Hale Koa. They serve Starbucks coffee so you don't have to drive around looking for a Starbucks in Waikiki.

    Love Starbucks!!

Great location for coffee and breakfast in the morning. If you are going someplace you can pick up your drink and quick breakfast (yogurt, bagel, banana) and head to your destination. The baristas were always nice!

Average food, service was a little slow but friendly. Definitely a chill place to go for suitable prices.

Nice cafe located in the Hale Koa. Good place to grab a morning coffee and get some work done on the terrace.

Not a real coffee place. I would give it a 1/2 a star if I could. Nice hotel but someone needs to learn how to make coffee.

This nice little coffee cart hits the spot when a full breakfast won't do but you still want that hot drink fix.

This place was just two blocks away, so we braved the November misty rain and consistent wind through the buildings to make it over here. To be fair, this seemed more like a Vietnamese coffee joint and a Banh Mi place... so maybe coming here for pho wasn't our best idea. They had two kinds available that night-- beef and chicken. Since chicken pho is not something I'm willing to try, we both ordered up the dac biet. The broth was bland with a thin and unpleasant veil of grease along the top that congealed quickly on the rim of the bowl. It wasn't hot enough, or maybe the pre-cooked and chilled noodle block they poured it over cooled it off. Meat was chewy and low quality. The sprouts and basil were soggy and wilted. Honestly, it was a get up and leave kind of thing. The whole place was just dingy and didn't feel great. I've eaten at some very modest places in my native San Gabriel Valley in Southern California, so it's not a snobbery thing. It's a "someone get a Swiffer wet jet and some paper towels and give this whole place a once-over. Speaking of once, that's the sum total of times we'll ever eat here. Too bad... because it was really close to our hotel :)

Easily my least favorite food experience while vacationing in Hawaii!

The Lava Mocha is hands down my favorite mocha I've ever had. Rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced. It was the reason I came back and waited! Mauna Kea Iced Coffee is my FAVORITE coffee of all time. I will be drooling over this coffee until I return. It has coffee, sea salt caramel, a scoop of ice cream, and black sea salt. Already it sounds delicious and it was. I finished my drink within 5 minutes. I didn't order any food this time, but everything coming out of the kitchen looked delicious. The menu is extensive with plenty of options, making it a great place for brunch whether you're craving something sweet or savory. The café also has a small section selling Island Vintage merchandise, which is fun to browse while you're waiting. If you choose to sit outside, don't be surprised if a few birds decide to join you for breakfast and they're regulars too.. Overall, despite the longer wait for drinks, the quality of the coffee, inviting atmosphere, and tempting menu make this a spot I'd happily visit again.

Mostly we go as a takeout spot, although there was a bench outside. Their sandwich menu has variety but is not overwhelming. The people working have also been quite nice! We decided to get the No Comply toasted. While it is a pricier sandwich, as it was about $14, the sandwich came packed with chicken, lettuce, and more. It served as a meal and a half! It feels like one of those places that has become trendy because someone on Instagram popularized it. The sandwich was good but not great. The lettuce was turning brown. In my opinion, a really great sandwich excels because you can taste the quality, freshness, and flavor of its individual ingredients. In my sandwich, the turkey was flavorless and it felt like they used a strong, heavy sauce to give it flavor, which to me does not make for a foodie destination, $15+ sandwich. Māla Market in Hawaii Kai remains, by far, my favorite sandwich. And given how long Sprout took, I could've driven to Hawaii Kai, gotten my sandwich, and driven back in less time.
