We did notice there is a mobile home park behind the restaurant, but there is a wall between the mobile home park and the restaurant parking lot. Even if there were police surrounding the mobile home park, we'd still venture inside to eat. The food is that good. We shared the cowboy breakfast burrito and the Santa Fe pancakes. Both were filling and ridiculously good. The Santa Fe pancakes made with blue corn, roasted piñons, green chili, and cheddar jack cheese were different than anything else we've ever had. I'll admit I didn't love my first bite or two, but the more I ate, the more I wanted. The pancakes are dry, but if you drizzle some syrup, it's the perfect match. The accompanying eggs and bacon were cooked perfectly. The cowboy breakfast burrito is massive, filling, and worth every calorie. Even though we were stuffed, we had to get the peach with green chile turnover. We asked if the turnover is served warm and our waitress replied that she could warm it up for is. It had some flavor, especially from the blueberries and the unique blue corn base, but it felt a little flat overall. The butter that came with it was really good though, and once I added it, it definitely helped improve the taste. My friends also ordered waffles, and unfortunately theirs were kind of cold as well and didn't have much flavor either, so it didn't seem like it was just mine. That said, I've been here before and remember everything tasting much better, so I don't think this is their usual standard--this visit just seemed like an off day.
