Service is friendly and it never takes too long for your food to arrive at your table. Old World Deli is in my top 3 sandwich spots in Corvallis. My sandwich got cut with a knife that was covered in black pepper, so that was on my sandwich. Not the end of the world, but I really don't like black pepper. The only thing I would change is maybe making it a little whole wheat, or adding some oatmeal or rolled oats to the dough. I'm weird that way. The only hot drink is coffee, which, even though I'm a tea drinker was fine. We split an Americano. my husband had a pleasant chat with the owner/sales person about the espresso machine. There are several nice looking, larger places on either side if anyone wanted something more substantial. If we're ever in the neighborhood, we will come back. The only downside is that the spoons that are provided are a little big for the bowl that you are given, so you are bound to spill a little bit.
