Had to give this place a try since it was rated by one YouTuber as "the best Cinnamon Roll in Salem…read more(area)". This is our first place on that recommended list and so far I'd say we agree--It was a great cinnamon roll! I'm definitely glad I didn't get it with the additional icing on top as the glaze they provided was sweet enough for our tastebuds. Don't blink or you'll miss this small Jefferson establishment. Small shop with a lot out in front, and you are greeted with a wall of sugar when you walk in. Service is always friendly and helpful. They have a standard rotation of donuts but sometime there are some special ones. The donuts are this soft pillowy texture on the inside and just the smallest amount of bite on the outside. The icing can be a little overly sweet (if you're sensitive to that sort of thing) depending on the flavor but I've found that the passion fruit is always a solid choice. I also enjoy their maple bacon and marionberry. I'll have to try their filled donuts next. They also have savory croissants, get the jalapeno ham and swiss if they are available!
