We had our first service today with Dan Lipkeman who was very helpful and thorough. He didn't try to sell me anything extra and actually talked me out of a service my husband asked we get. They don't put you into a contract, warranty their work and only bill after the service is complete. An email payment confirmation was sent within the hour. Dan wore a mask and booties the entire time and kept his distance. I got a $25 discount for new service and my BIL got a $10 credit off their next service for my referral. read more

I had to call and change my date of service because I was going out of town. my original date of service was 6/16/23. I was told the following week is open and of course I picked the next available date once I returned, this date was 6/20/23, I not only have it scheduled on my phone but I have the note where I wrote 6/20/23. I was offered Friday 6/23/23 but specifically stated I wanted next available once I return. I asked for late morning for tech to arrive and I think this is the problem - they want to do early in my location and then when they cannot arrive at that time, they change date and it goes back to early morning, then the gaslighting begins when you receive a text with new date, blaming me and twisting conversation. Let me also say that about 10 days into June, I had to call to check when I was going to be scheduled because in the month of May, I was scheduled first week, so after about 10 days into June, I was wondering when they planned to come out again. They did not have me scheduled until late June, which I rescheduled for 6/16 but then changed to 6/20. Also I purposely booked my July date on 7/20 because I was scheduled on 6/20 for June, giving it a 30 day span. The tech guys are great but their scheduling for small homeowners is a difficult task and last on their list. I will be switching companies once I complete my service with JPro Pest. Let's see if they come on July 20, without changing schedule and I'll be waiting to see if they show Friday 6/23/23..... read more

We have lived in five different homes from 2008 (give/take a year). We have lived in the areas of Gilbert, Central Phoenix and even Laveen. Every month they have been there. Friendly, professional and prompt are the first things that come to mind when describing the technicians. The office staff are very helpful and even when we have had to reschedule were very concerned we would be inconvenienced. How many companies are like that? I have been using Jax Pro Pest Control for over 15 years. We have had scorpions, rats, cockroaches and mysterious black bugs in our food pantry. Jax always responds quickly and professionally. We also use them for our monthly service. They always come inside and use booties and ask if we have any concerns. We have a cat and small children and their spray is safe for them. We were customers of Larry's for almost 30 years, basically since he started the company. Unfortunately he recently sold the company as happens in life and the customer service and care has dwindled to CRAP! They dont seem to care about there old clients and are pushing for new clients only which make no sense as you need both to be successful. In the last 3 months we've had to deal with them double billing us twice and we pay everytime just before they leave as we have for almost 30 years. Unfortunately we are now looking for new pest control service cause this just isnt how you take care of long time customer, regardless of how they are acquired. I would suggest looking into a different company as they will surely do the same thing to their customer if they are doing it to the ones who have been around for almost 30 years! read more

We've been costumers of Jax for a decade, both commercially and residentially. They are hands down the best. We spray monthly and have also used them for her removal and other less common bug problems. There crews are always timely, courteous, and clean. They are also extremely careful about things like yard gates, which is a critical concern when you have pets. They stand by their work and you can be sure the job gets done right. We moved into our home last June, and have had Jax spraying bi-monthly around the exterior of our house and yard for ants, crickets, cockroaches, and scorpions since then. The techs are always polite, professional, and thorough in their work. About a week ago, we got a cricket infestation (I'm talking HUNDREDS) in our kitchen/living room. We would find them in our cabinets, hiding in the folds of our curtains, EVERYWHERE. Dan came out and did a very thorough perimeter treatment on the exterior and interior of our home. We have 2 cats and a dog, and he assured us that their treatment is pet safe after it dries. He then checked the perimeter of the house, and found a nest up under our siding right next to the kitchen door, which he flushed out. He was communicative throughout the process, and extremely polite. He wore footies when he came in the house, and even paid attention to little details like turning off the garage light and locking the deadbolt when he was done without being asked--he really did leave no trace! I would recommend Jax to absolutely anyone wanting preventative treatments at a fair price and for a quick and courteous response to an active infestation. read more

They schedule thru email in advance, show up on time, are very knowledgeable and always ask if there is anything we have noticed then they take care of it. It nice just having to e-mail a request for an appointment to Lori and having her give you the appointment date and time.
