I wish it were different. I started my day at 5:30 a.m. A few minutes later, I spied a giant creature in the highest ceiling corner over the bedroom door. I was horrified. It was paralyzing. After considering burning down my house or moving, I called Simply Green, and once again, they saved my bacon. Less than an hour later, their technician arrived and removed the poor creature. They have managed our pest control for the last five or six years, and it's been a wonderful experience. This is the second time in that timeframe that they have come out to help me - unscheduled. Of course, these things only happen when my husband is out of town. Their responsiveness and customer service is unmatched. They took my irrational fear seriously and improved my day and my week. I cannot recommend them enough. I'm so incredibly grateful.

Urban Desert Pest Control…read more Michael Gallagher was excellent, contacted me when he was planning to arrive and was there at that time. He explained his plan for spraying the inside based on the discussion with the problem areas. He first started at the front door inside, sprayed the threshold as I opened the door in between the front door and security door, saturated it very well. Then began all along the interior walls, bedrooms, master bath where it was a main problem area, continued throughout the hallways and rooms that were accessible. I had purposely backed out all 3 cars in the garage and Michael sprayed all the accessible walls plus the door areas into the house and especially at the step up where the cars are parked in the garage. He replaced the 6 glue traps, 2 at the door leading into the house, 2 at the single car garage door and 2 at the double car garage door and completed the inside. Michael then put down the ant granulates in front on the trouble area room window on the rock landscaping, then prepared the outside insect solution and sprayed the front of the house, he explained that spraying over the ant granulates would activate the grandulates with the moisture. Spraying along the side of the house to the back, he sprayed around the back side walls, then around the pool, back walls and then all along the outside accessible areas and completed around the back patio threshold and back along to the front of the house. We had been experiencing issues with small ants and that issue has gotten better, currently experiencing many crickets, pinch bugs or earwigs. Michael sprayed everywhere to hopefully build a nice barrier to get rid of the insects. Great job Michael Gallagher!

I started to see some local pest around our new home and I knew I needed to get someone hired before it became a real problem. Blue Sky came highly recommended, and they have disappointed us yet. They come once every other month on schedule but what really impresses me is when they come out on the unscheduled visits. There have been times when we may see an influx of critters around, usually after a monsoon or when the temperature really starts to heat up, so I will email asking them if they can come by and within the week they are here at no extra cost. As for pricing, I think they are fairly priced. It is a monthly charge for the reoccurring bi-monthly service and no charge for the additional service requested.
