I had misplaced my tire lock key and on top of that, didn't have my owner's manual with me... but was trying to get some new tires. I was already feeling pretty embarrassed about the whole situation, but Jonathan was so kind and patient. He calmly walked me through what I needed to do and even went out of his way to call other dealerships I had been trying to work with, after I wasn't having any luck on my own. He truly went above and beyond, and I really appreciated it. They were able to fit me in on the same day of my original appointment for the new tires plus deal with all the ins and outs of my misplaced key. The whole staff was friendly and helpful, and I would absolutely come back here for my tires in the future, even though I live about an hour away. Great tire shop in Petaluma, had a industrial size screw end up in my tire. Came by around 11am they were able to fit me in. I dropped my car off was able to have it patched and fixed for me to pick up at 4:30pm. Value could not be beat! Really appreciate how quick and friendly they were. I went to Jay & Bill's for new tires for my Promaster van. They suggested some tires I liked, but in the process of putting them on, they found that that one of my lug bolts had been cross threaded. I've had this problem with a squeaky for an end in my Tesla model X. Tesla wants $220 just to look at it. I spoke to Jonathon at Jay's and Bill's Tire service and was told that they cannot get Tesla parts for a repair. However, there was this kind of do it yourself or Fix on YouTube that I mentioned to Jonathan and he said if I got the attachment for his grease gun that he would take care of it. I got it and he told me to come on down and he gave a shot, no pun intended, and then when I went to Pay to my surprise he waved me off and I just thought that was so cool and really appreciated. What you'd hope for when dealing with a car repair is to have your trusted best friend or sibling do the work. My experience dealing with Billy at Jay and Bill's was just like that. Billy quoted me for four tires for my RV. The price he quoted seemed really fair and was the exact amount charged when they were done. I set up an appointment time for when they opened first thing. Billy asked me if I was going to wait as it would only take 45 minutes to put the new tires on. I was a little shocked. I am not used to such prompt service. Thank you Jay and Bill's. Also, Billy noticed that a clip from my trailer's stabilizer bar had fallen off right as I entered their parking lot. We talked about the clips and he suggested I rotate them to more securely hold the tip of the stabilizer. When I returned to pay for the tires, he had reinstalled the clip and corrected the positioning of the other one from the passenger side of the trailer. They have been able to fix flat tires that wheel works says they can't (I will never step foot in wheel works again) and tried to tell me I needed 4 new tires since I was an all-wheel drive. With so many 5 star reviews I decided to give them my business. I stopped by at 0700 today with a nail in one of my tires. They said they could not guarantee repairing my tire today even if I left my car all day. I was treated with near contempt by one of their employees. He said I should make an appointment for that 15 minute job. I have never had to do that for a simple tire repair in my life. I told them I do a lot of highway driving and knowing I have a nail in my tire would not be safe in my opinion. Next time I need tires I know where I won't be buying them. We were recommended to try this shop to assist by the closest tire shop that could not see us. It was late in the day. After starting off our Friday on a very horrible foot with a vehicle theft at our house, my husband headed to work & ended up having a flat tire on his work vehicle. He knew it needed to get fixed in case we needed it. He stopped at asked how long for a patch job, they said they were slammed. After my husband told Jonathan what happened today, they moved some things around to accommodate him. That alone is 5 star worthy to us. These guys do great work. They don't publicize that they do truck lifts but I was referred to them from my lift company to do the installation. Have to say they didn't fall short of expectation but exceeded it. My lift was installed properly and drives smooth, straight, with no noises or squeaks. Everything torqued and marked to indicate. Even the cotter pins were folded nice and tight to the nuts. Clean installation work. Super happy with the results. I live in San Jose and it's worth the drive to Petaluma to make sure the work gets done right. They'll be getting more of my business down the road. read more

AMAZING PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!! A cpl of days ago I left the house @ 7am to take my kids to school & go for a hike. I didn't bother grabbing my purse and sure enough on the way to the hike my tire light came on. I was driving down Petauma Blvd and saw this place with lights on and I pulled in and asked for help. I had no appointment and no money on me. Mike said no problem and proceeded to check all of my tires pressure and when he found the culprit, a tire with a screw in it, he fixed it for FREE! When I tried to tell him I would come back later that afternoon he said, "don't worry about it. Just pay it forward....there is not enough kindness in the world today." These are the kind of ppl and businesses we need more of! They will have my business for life!! read more
