A FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE: I brought my car in already knowing the AC condenser was broken, and I made that clear before any work was done. Despite that, I was still charged a hefty diagnostic fee just to be told exactly what I had already explained. I was quoted on the phone for $1,200 yet the diagnostic alone was $700 not including actually fixing my condenser! What made the experience even worse was the mechanic's attitude. Instead of being professional, he complained to me about how difficult the diagnosis was, even though the issue had already been identified. He also went on about how difficult customers can be, which was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. As a customer, I don't expect to be vented to or made to feel like I'm part of the problem. I understand that shops have procedures, but charging me for a diagnosis I had already provided, then complaining about the work and about customers, left a very bad impression. I felt overcharged, disrespected, and disappointed with the entire experience. I won't be returning and would not recommend!!! read more

Would not recommend this shop. We spoke with Jimmy and were able to get the diagnostic and oil change/flush price adjusted to $300 (we did not authorize the oil change/flush), which we appreciated. However, the overall experience was very unprofessional. The mechanic could not locate the oil pressure switch because he didn't know where it was on this model and was unsure whether the valve cover gasket actually needed to be replaced or if it was even causing the oil leak. Despite this uncertainty, they were prepared to charge over $1,300 for repairs they were not confident the car needed. They also did not provide any written recommendations or a clear list of findings and ultimately told us to drive the car for a week and see if the engine light comes back on. Aside from the price adjustment, this was not a trustworthy experience. We will not be returning. read more

I had routine service and purchased all new tires. Everything went perfectly. I waited in their waiting room, so they checked with me to ask questions or approve work, or just to make sure I was doing ok. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. And it was a fairly quick process. I can't believe any of the negative reviews I see. I had no issues with anyone or anything, was extremely satisfied and would definitely recommend this business highly. read more

Took my car to this place for an inspection. They told me they inspect the entire car and that it would be 195$ for an inspection. I told them what the problem was, that there was a noise and vibration while driving over 30 mph and the guy explained it could be a number of things and that they would check the entirecar for problems. They called and told me that there was nothing wrong with the car but I needed new tires, and that the noise was coming from the tires. I decided I would go with another shop for cheaper tires. When I went to pick my car up I noticed it was in the exact same spot and position as when I dropped it off, it seemed strange but didn't think much of it. After getting new tires the noise was still there and now louder than before. I took it to another shop and within seconds of looking at it they told me both my struts are bad and a number of other things. I explained that I just had it inspected at My Mechanic, and the guy proceeded to tell me there was no possible way they looked at it and didn't notice anything. So I called My Mechanic back to ask them about it. I asked exactly what they do for an inspection and he said they inspect the entire car everytime, when I tried to explain that it did not seem as though they inspected it do to my struts being completely broken and that he did not inform me of that he hung up on me and blocked my number. This shop is connected to Mobile One in Rhonert Park the owners name is Glenn Meyer and I will absolutely never do any of his businesses, either shop ever again. I brought my truck here for service and part of that service included getting lower control arms and an alignment. After the alignment was complete the truck was now pulling to the right. They said because they had just put in the lower control arms that might be the reason and it might straighten out on its own. They suggested that I drive it around for awhile and see if the alignment straightened out and if not they would do it again at no charge. I brought it back today and they refused to honor that and said I would be charged. They should have fixed it that day. Never coming here again. read more

Awesome staff, customer service, expert skill level. Called them at 2pm on a Friday and these guys stayed late on a Friday night to make sure my brakes got done the same day. Their waiting room is clean and comfortable so my son and I spent the afternoon completing school work. Had my truck worked on two months ago for an alignment. On my way to the airport, my tie rod apparently loosened up and caused my right wheel to go completely to the left. When I was going straight had to have my car towed almost missed my flight, but on top of that the service and excuses after we're pretty ridiculous, I was told by the kid who manages the place that they had a guy working there a couple months ago that didn't really care, so he kind of just sent stuff out whether it was broken or not so it's not their fault as well as realign my car do tie rods and ends and quoted me $900 when I got quoted a third less down the road they didn't pay for the tow to my house, but they were able to pick it up. The end result apparently my tie rods weren't long enough, which I should've known the first time not been sent out the door, but they needed replacement The manager told me that because that's what he could gather from his mechanic because they don't speak English, and he doesn't speak Spanish I was also just in a body shop where a woman came in. I guess they test drove her car as well and ended up crashing it and told her to use her insurance and that they were not liable because it was a hit-and-run.lol I have a feeling these guys are gonna have some problems with the Better Business Bureau pretty soon. This place was recommended to me and the location is convenient but like other reviews said, they have no integrity. As others have stated they lie about being able to complete services in a timely manor. They said my vehicle was "almost done" then when I went to the location on the day I was told it would be ready they said it was going to take longer. When I called back the red head started yelling at me that they never should have taken the job.... Like... then don't... so yeah. Terrible experience. Took my car in for a simple brake job, and they ended up causing more damage than they fixed. The job took twice as long as they promised, and when I got my car back, there were new issues that weren't there before. These guys wasted my time! Walked in to make an appointment explaining what I wanted done. Swap existing tires on to a new set of wheels, balancing. Standard work. The cancelled my appointment at the last minute. Once back they declined to to the job. We don't touch used tires. Tire shop on other side of Freeway was much more helpful. read more

Hard to believe that the bad reviews on here are true. I was able to go in same day for them just to tell me what was wrong with my vehicle. Got there, Ryan looked at my car immediately. Told me what was wrong 5 minutes later and easily fixed the problem. I was in and out within 30 minutes, IF that. Highly highly recommend.
