Krista is the manager and top notch therapist. She helped me last TKR and I was there it felt like half my life with a stubborn knee. My therapist was Shelly and she did a good job but she was not there a few times I was and I had the Therapist Assistant Alexia. She was so patient and sweet and very helpful. I also LOVE Amy! He was absolutely nowhere to be found afterwards and nobody would put us in contact with him.
