    Dr. Joshi is a good doctor. Very friendly and caring. As for her billing department, not so much, but that's not Dr Joshi's fault.

    I agree with Cheryl's comment. I have been seeing Dr. Joshi for 3 years and I think she is one of the best doctor's for Internal Medicine.

My family member had to call the office 10-15 times before anyone answered. Communication was poor, and concerns were not addressed in a timely manner. Due to the lack of responsiveness and what we believe to be negligent follow-up, I will be filing a formal complaint with the California Medical Board. Patients deserve timely communication and safe, attentive care.

However the person in front of me was still waiting to be seen. So I got my vitals taken around 12:20 and left around 1:05 for my new patient appointment. This is typical clinic environment which I work in so I expected it, so try to plan ahead! I was talking to a resident I think and basically went over my health history with him and then Dr Nguyen came after and we talked briefly and what she recommended based on the problems I talked about. I got a paper to take to quest diagnostics for blood test and I got prescribed medications. Dr Nguyen was very pleasant to talk to and gave me a nice explanation of my test results and what to look out for in the future. Overall a good experience and they returned calls pretty quickly.

Having worked with many physicians in this field, I can confidently say that these two are truly exceptional. They are patient, thorough, and genuinely take the time to listen to their patients concerns. My parents had been seeing their previous primary care physicians for over three decades, but recently, the service became unacceptable. Dealing with outdated office systems--like being forced to physically pick up a paper referral in 2026, was incredibly frustrating. I had been encouraging my parents to give Dr. Le and Dr. Do a shot because I knew how impressive their practices were. They are modern, tech-savvy, younger physicians who leverage the latest technology to enhance patient care, which I find incredibly important. My parents finally made the switch, and they had their first visit today (June 4th, 2026). I was blown away by the amount of time Dr. Le spent with them; he was diligent in getting to know their health history and provided thoughtful, actionable recommendations. All the stress instantly disappeared after I was greeted very warmly by Ms. Thuy and Dr. Lan Do. The experience was great from start to finish! Dr. Lan Do is very kind and knowledge-able. I would absolutely recommend this clinic. I feel healthier already LOL!

He knew the treatment options and was able to explain them. He was good with middle aged women and men. Not sure he did a full exam but he did give me some good advice that changed the course of a very painful injury. And he is just and employee of OM and not a boss as one person said. Why was appt. available and booked if Dr. Fell does not accept new patients anymore? 2. Why notify me end of day on Friday, one business day before the actual appt? 3. Why not having the decency/courtesy to call me directly to let me know? Perhaps Dr. Fell is indeed a good doctor (I did not get a chance to experience), however, given the way HIS office/people handled this matter, makes him a terrible leader. And as we all know, the buck stops with the boss. Disappointing, to say the least.

When I first called about the form for medical leave, Your office right away mentioned the fee for signing the form. I agreed. When the form came, you did not do anything. I had to call and follow up many times. You and your office did not even notify me about the difficulty of the form until I called. You've been my PCP for the past 5 years. You know my health condition, medical history, and medication. When I need your service the most, you and your office disappointed me as a patient. The only word that you wrote on the form was "illness". You did not even write the prescribed medication, the medical history, not even a complete sentence. I am VERY VERY disappointed.
