Having worked with many physicians in this field, I can confidently say that these two are truly exceptional. They are patient, thorough, and genuinely take the time to listen to their patients concerns. My parents had been seeing their previous primary care physicians for over three decades, but recently, the service became unacceptable. Dealing with outdated office systems--like being forced to physically pick up a paper referral in 2026, was incredibly frustrating. I had been encouraging my parents to give Dr. Le and Dr. Do a shot because I knew how impressive their practices were. They are modern, tech-savvy, younger physicians who leverage the latest technology to enhance patient care, which I find incredibly important. My parents finally made the switch, and they had their first visit today (June 4th, 2026). The nurse was very nice & asked me how my day was going. We talked while she measured my weight & bp. Dr. Nguyen came @ 2pm and asked me what was going on. She was very attentive to what my insurance would cover. And didn't hesitate to recommend some meds for my allergies. She even loaded me up with samples to get me through the day. But what really impressed me? She asked me about my kids, thanked me for my referrals, & mentioned my husband by name. Anyone who remembers that much detail should get 5 stars.

There are several doctors and healthcare providers under this group which allows patients to have more access to care. There's been a handful of times where I was unable to get an appointment with my doctor and had to select a different one with an earlier availability. Personally, I don't have any major health issues, so it's not a big deal if I don't see the same doctor for every visit. However, it's frustrating when I get asked about my condition from previous visits because I'm seeing a different doctor. Not saying it's not relevant for them to ask but there's lack of knowledge built from having an existing relationship with your patient. I could easily just go to another clinic and it wouldn't make a difference. On top of that, the office staff are not friendly and it's so off-putting interacting with them. While I thought all the healthcare providers in this office are decent, I prefer to have a consistent PCP.

When seeing the doctor she takes the time to discuss the medical issues. I never feel rushed or neglected. She is thorough. 5. Dr Huynh really cares. She takes the time to go over my history and issues. She talks to me about different treatment options. She is not a pill pusher; she discusses methods of self-care before prescribing a drug. If he writes a Rx she is very thorough explaining how to use the medication and what the possible side effects are. 6. She gives good advice. Again, I feel she really cares for my well-being.
