I called ahead of time and asked if they can make the chick cake into a character from Sanrio (Gudetama) instead. The person I spoke to, John, was super helpful and kind throughout the whole process. I emailed him the photo ideas I had and the cake decorator was able to accomplish the task! John was in consistent communication with me throughout my two week in-advanced order. The decorator did such an amazing job and my family was so happy with the results. The cake and ice cream also tasted delicious! During pick up, the workers greeted me as I entered. I was helped by John and he reassured me that the cake was indeed chocolate ice cream/chocolate cake. I appreciated that he checked before the outside icing went on. We are very happy with the service of the employees, the scrumptious cake received, the easiness of ordering and communicating, and the smooth and fast experience of picking up the order on Father's Day Sunday. They can take up to 10-15 minutes per order even if there's not much customers, not sure what the exact process is but sometimes they're fast but sometimes slow, could be just a off chance experience. Most pictures you see from Tea Brick are their amazing and unique bottle designs, which you can pay a tad bit extra to get the bottle with your drink rather than the standard cups. I'd say it's pretty worth it considering it's not too much of a expensive and it's definitely worth the social media posts. It's very cute and they have plenty of designs from time to time. As a dog owner, I love their designs. They can be reusable in a sense even though there's a hole for your straw that you can't seal yourself.
