The pizza was outstanding. I would say in the top 2 pizza places in Pittsburgh. Well worth the drive. You have to try it.

One word-DISGUSTING! This "pizza" was oily, gross, disgusting, soggy and the worst pizza we ever had.

Turns out it is near Robinson Township. Quaint little area close to 576. Only thing I a, sorry about is we didn't go sooner! We ordered the free large pizza and drinks. This is the largest pizza I have ever seen or eaten! Check out the picture compared to the waitress hand. It was 20"! 16 cuts. It is one of the best pizzas I have ever eaten. The sauce was perfect. Not spicy, just tomato tasting! The cheese...well it was the perfect mouth feel as it enveloped my mouth. I only ate 2 pieces there. My mind said more...just another, but my stomach said later. When we got it home we each had another slice! Can't wait to try a piece cold for breakfast! The waitress was so sweet! So attentive! Brought us extra napkins without us asking! Hunner's has other food besides pizza too. They have been there for 18 years! So they have all kinds of sandwiches and wraps and wings and soup and so much! They even have Chicken over Biscuits! Other than my mom and me, I have never seen them on a menu. And that was only $7.95. What a deal. Check out the pics of the menu. Oh and also the amazingly cute salt and pepper holder! Too cute! So creative! They should sell them! This is a great Saturday or Sunday afternoon ride for lunch if you are not off during the week. Great idea for supper too a day except Monday. Check out the map I included to see where they are located!

The small Stromboli was huge and was melt your in mouth good with their homemade dough. Same along with the pizza. The hamburgers were huge and tasty as well. For being located in a small town, I was blown away by the quality of the food here. This pizza…read moreshop is extremely underrated, if you live around the area, and it's definitely worth the price given how all of the ingredients taste high-quality. Also, the specialty flavors are unique and taste great (the bbq chicken and pepp sting pizzas are a must-try!). In addition to this, they have wonderful gluten-free options, of which they are undeniably the best-tasting in the area. Parking is a bit rough sometimes during rush hour, but it's understandable given the small size of the location. Service has always been pleasant when I come to pick up my order, and have never gotten my order wrong. Overall, in terms of price and quality, Aroma is definitely the best option in the area, and is a must-try for anyone who supports small businesses and wants amazing pizza!

We live in the Robinson area and usually drive to the city for the fancier pizza options. I heard about this place a few times and was interested in trying it. Since it was a weeknight, I did not want to drive in rush hour traffic so we thought this would be the perfect time to try this place. We got a lot of food. We started with their Bacon Cheese Fries (would have been better fresh so that the cheese wasn't hardened over the fries) and Mozzarella Wedges. My fiance loved the Mozzarella Wedges - reminded me of the ones at Primanti's. My son, of course, wanted a simple pizza so we ordered the Traditional Pizza with Pepperoni. He really liked it - it has a garlic butter crust which took it up a notch, in my opinion. I decided to try two speciality pies: Margherita and Aroma Mia. They were both good - if you're looking for something different, the Aroma Mia is great! The Margherita was good too but the fresh mozzarella cooled down/hardened enough on our 15 minute drive home that it didn't come off in bites. (Not saying this in a negative way - still tasted great but would have been better to each fresh out of the oven. The only item that wasn't up to par was my fiance's Steak Hoagie. He got double meat and isn't a picky eater but felt for the price, it wasn't worth it. He said the steak reminded him of gyro meat texturally which weirded him out. He still ate it but said that if we went back here, he would just order pizza. The downside? It's only takeout and delivery. There's a small table in there to wait for your food but that's it. If there's one thing I'd change, it would be that. I think when you make specialty pizza, it's so much better to eat fresh vs. placing it into a box to have sit in your car until you arrive home. To wrap the experience up, I'm glad I went. Was it pricy? Yes. But did we get a ton of food? Yes. 2 appetizers, 3 small pizzas and a steak hoagie ended up being about $100. For a small town, it's a lot. However, I would go back again and just order less food. If you're ever near the airport/Robinson and want a good pizza on the go, I'd recommend trying it out. Hopefully one day they can grow and find a way to add some tables. I think this place can be a hit!

I ordered a large pepperoni pizza and the taste was truly, absolutely horrific. I never in my life,…read morehave ever tasted a glycerol, oil like, chemical flavor on my pallet from a simple bite of pizza, like the pizza I had at this restaurant. He's putting some type of artificial fat, additive, or extremely low cost/ quality ingredient (cheese) into his pizza that makes the product almost inedible. It tasted like he put a stale synthetic vegetable oil based popcorn butter (that has no salty taste or popcorn flavor) with a tannic, and bitter flavor in the sauce or on the dough during cooking. To this day, I question, how he even managed to do that and it gives me chills just to think about it. Actually, I should rate this review higher. As a person that appreciates and enjoys good food you can make at home or get from a quality restaurant; I am truly impressed that this business produced a pizza that tasted like literal garbage. The pizza from this business is situated below the economic rock bottom for quality of Dominos and boarding on what a raccoon would question as a midnight snack. Mind you, this was the first time I ate two pieces of a pizza, and threw the entire remaining pie in the trash. I would rate this lower than a restaurant that served me 8 month old freezer burned ribs. I wish I had the vocabulary to describe that what I was served and ate, "didn't taste like food." Something that I also need to mention is that his business does not take any form of electronic payment, only cash or "personal checks." If you can't understand the owner's rambling at the end of the call when placing the order, he wants you, when you arrive to pick up your order, to walk or drive across the street to a gas station, to pay a fee and withdrawal money from an ATM machine and walk/ drive back over to pay for your "gruel." An expectation that 90% of his potential market is not expecting. Is this why they have such great reviews, are people just infatuated with a business that only takes cash? I'd rather eat boot leather boiled in a quality chicken broth, served by a bum in the street, over my experience with this restaurant and the food I was served. Something has to change here. NOTHING about this restaurant is sustainable or good. I would rate it lower, if I could. Advice to the owner: Make a quality product or turn the key and close down shop, Fucking disgusting.
