We shopped the Indiana store (last minute gifts for me and for my girls --Time and True "she grew up in an Indiana town" pins, and red truck with tree hats for my grandson and myself. They made a little tree for our grandson. And the hungry boy got a hotdog and hot chocolate. A fun outing. Great service. Price was competitive. Our tree is now just dropping needles. Oh my goodness there are so many activities to enjoy, both for kids and adults. The place was so crowded on a Saturday afternoon, and you could tell everyone was having a wonderful time. I would definitely recommend heading out there! A few things to note: first, dogs are allowed! If you are like me and have a trained service animal, it can be a bit overwhelming (if you know, you know). They are not allowed in indoor spaces, only outside (SD's allowed everywhere). But many people had their pets and seemed to really be enjoying themselves! Second, food does not really meet dietary needs/restrictions. They have a lot of your basic "fair foods" or foods you'd find at a pumpkin patch - hot pretzels, burgers, hot dogs, apple cider donuts, etc. I am vegetarian and really struggled to find a true meal other than little snacky things scattered about. If you are planning to spend the day here (which you can EASILY do), plan ahead with food in your car! Third, on the plus side, everything was wheelchair accessible. Terrain may be harder to navigate with gravel and many hills going up & down (paths are dirt but well established), but all buildings have access. Other than this, it truly was a fun time!! The staff are friendly and there to answer any questions you may have. Try the apple cider - it's Devine! And be on the lookout for you bargain hunters like me. Every now and then you'll find a "discount tree" that's around $10-$15 cause it had a random spot missing or something of that sort. (Nothing that a wall can't hide!)

AND, when we cancelled the order we had to argue with them because they wanted to keep money for a transaction fee. This is not ethical and I intend to report them to BBB and any other business agency in Indiana that is intended to protect consumers.

He was able to help answer questions about the different trees, provided a measurement stick, and offered complimentary coffee while we shopped.
