He came over the very next day to look at the lawn and understand the scope of the project. We had our lawn rebate application approved by WaterSmart and had very specific requirements to qualify for the rebate. He took good notes and came back with a competitive quote that met all the requirements for the program. He laid out timelines, scope, requirements very clearly and delivered exactly how he said he would. When he needed input from us he would ask us (like which stone color we preferred, which mulch color etc). They handled the entire project from start to finish -- removing all the old turf, hauling away debris, and grading the soil to prepare the area for planting. They installed a drought-tolerant landscape that included new irrigation, mulch, and a variety of California-friendly plants, plus one ornamental tree to meet rebate requirements. The crew also helped with final cleanup and made sure everything was ready for the SoCal WaterSmart rebate inspection. If we have future projects, he would be my first call.
