Good looking venue and all the seats give a good view of the stage area. You can reserve seats in advance or go with general admission which is more inexpensive and sit with your chairs and blankets in a good sized grassy area behind the main seats. The angle from the grass gives those viewers a decent view of the stage as well. No outside food or beverage allowed, but there is a concession stand inside the venue. A gem of a facility a little off the beaten track. Definitely worth a try.

When we walked up to the front a few of the security guards were offering extra bug spray to people that didn't have any which was just another small touch that made the venue seem really friendly. Lots of times venues heard people like cattle but at Sumtur they were accommodating and thoughtful. The best and most impressive part was the venue itself. In the fifth row, I was stunned by how clear of a view to the stage I had and how clean and well kept the place was. I was at eye level with the bands which was amazing. The seats were by far the best I've had at a venue for a really reasonable price. Also, the bathrooms were awesome. Short lines and super clean. OH OH OH AND they serve a really kick ass craft beer. Would definitely go to another show here.

We came recently to experience Omaha Symphony + guest conductor Christopher Allen + guest violinist Francisco Fullana play Johann Strauss II, Montgomery, and Stravinsky's Firebird. There was an "after party" where we were able to stay to listen to Christopher Allen on the piano and Fullana on the violin play a few pieces. I'm glad we stayed to experience it! There's a large area on the second floor where tables and chairs are set up for conversations and presentations. The check in and security was smooth and simple, they have metal detectors which I appreciate for safety. We had lots of help from the patrons to help us find our seats. My husband surprised me with 2nd row seats for the show, it was amazing being that close to the performance! The drinks were just okay. I wanted a coffee at intermission and when I asked what coffee they serve, she said "decaf," which is as a little annoying. I want to stay awake which is the purpose of coffee, and I still don't know if it's a good coffee or simple Folgers. We opted to share a glass of Chardonnay, served in a plastic cup with a lid. It felt like I was a toddler sipping from the cup, so I probably wouldn't get a drink to have during a presentation again.

Too, the line is odd, as it's only one person screening IDs for booze wristbands. We decided they don't need our bar money. Skipped on those, and went to the entry area, which has multiple entry lines. The sound is great. The light show is odd, given that it's still light out at 7pm in July. The headliner might be able to properly utilize them, though. The stage is close enough to see facial expressions from the 200s, which is great. Out here, the singer can easily walk down to the audience. He did, too. Parking is the same for indoor and outdoor seating. It's close to the event, and it's only $5. We'd previously been to the indoor theater, and liked it better. Not as hot, nor as sunny, either. I see apartments next to the amphitheater. That must be rough. There need to be more restaurants near this location. We're glad we like one of the few.

The hi-fi listening lounge concept is very cool, though I think the space could use a little more decor or ambiance to make it feel warmer and more immersive. The drinks were well made, but the prices felt a bit high for what you get. That said, I'm glad I finally checked it out and would definitely go back. We have never had a hifi lounge in Omaha, and as a lover of live music, vinyl, and indie music, I was intrigued. When we arrived as a group of 5, there was a waitlist, which was expected with how popular the opening has been; I was pleased with the organization of Oto, and they already had an app with SMS notifications for the waitlist, which made it super simple to wait in the car until we were in the clear to enter. I really appreciated the foresight they had, since it was very chilly outside and we were able to keep our spot while waiting somewhere warm. Oto is very small, but has a ton of seating and a variety in the space, whether it is bar stools, a couch lining the wall, or some taller seating in the corner. It was packed when we arrived, but we were eventually able to sit and enjoy the DJ set. Drinks were definitely on the pricier side, but the bartender was speedy and helpful. Out of the 4 drinks me and my friend tried, 3 were absolute hits; one was too strong, but her and I prefer lighter drinks and there was still a variety of options. The DJ played some of the best music I have ever heard on a night out. If you prefer indie music or maybe RNB, this is the place. The DJ played everything from Bjork, Sade, Free Nationals, Charli XCX, to Gorillaz. When Empire Ants came on I felt like I finally discovered a place that caters to different music tastes rather than the same old. It was refreshing and fun to be in a space with other music lovers, and I absolutely will come again!

It's a large venue but feels very quaint and moody, perfect for getting a craft cocktail, excellent meal and great service. You can enter from the districts parking lot or through the marriott. My only complaint is the seats are small foldable chairs and connected to each other so you can't move them at all and you can be touching elbows or bottoms depending on the size of people

The place is incredible and architecturally cool on the exterior - large open venue, with a big stage, standing room on floor and seats on upper level and ample street parking. There is a bar and additional seating on the first level. It's clean and the staff was great.
