The cashier didn't bother to mention that the kitchen was severely backed up until after we had already paid. That's completely unacceptable. If there's going to be a long wait, customers deserve to know upfront so they can decide whether it's worth it. To make things worse, this place is cash only, and their credit card machine conveniently "wasn't working." That should also be clearly communicated before ordering, not after. Between the excessive wait, poor communication, and inconvenience, this was an incredibly frustrating experience. Completely unacceptable. And I hope there's an option for 0 star.
