I found out the day we requested might not have an esthetician available, but Jenny and Tiffany texted us and really helped try to find a good time and day that would work. They figured out how to schedule both sets of services so they would work with just one esthetician and made it feel very smooth. I ended up getting the City Life facial with Kim plus the lymphatic drainage add on. She was wonderful!! From start to finish, I knew I was in great care. I also got a deep tissue massage with Sammy and she was just as wonderful. I left feeling incredibly relaxed and I know my sister did too. All of them simply do a light rub down and then immediately pin point my troubleshoots and get to work fixing them. I've had knots in my upper back, a pinched nerve in my glute, and a variety of aliments. They are able to figure out exactly the problem just by touch. It's amazing! And I don't have to deal with small talk when I'm there to try to get fixed up and am in a bad mood. But I always leave in a great mood! I also love how they have the tip suggestions posted based on time which makes it very easy to calculate especially since they are great at giving lots of good deals so it can be confusing calculating. One of my favorite things is that they accommodate last minute appointments. I find it very hard to schedule anything in advance. I consider this place an important need for my health, and am happy to be able to afford to come here and tip well without braking the bank. They have great prices and give deals if you purchase a package. Some parts are not the most fancy....but I'd much rather have massages that I can afford on a regular basis than go somewhere more pristine and only be able to go 1-2 times a year. Also the front desk woman has always been very professional and kind, even when I'm running late.

We had the 60-minute foot massage but they actually spend a good 15 minutes working on your head and shoulders while you are soaking your feet in warm water. My massage therapist was Kelly and my husband had Steve. We both had a very good experience. The place is tranquil and while beds are next to each other, it does not feel crowded and the set-up, while without recliners, is surprisingly comfortable. One can appreciate the clean surroundings, fresh towels and linen, and calming atmosphere not just from the dim lighting and soft ambient music playing , but also the warm and unobtrusive staff.

I have had a handful of massages with my husband. The location is excellent as it is closed to many dining options. There are plenty of parking in the vicinity. We travel 30 minutes from home just to visit this business. Our schedule is very crazy, and thankfully booking appointments here has been very easy. It also helps that their price point is very reasonable, especially with Groupon and new member discounts. The entire staff is very friendly. The environment is relaxing and clean. They always offer bottled water and chocolate after each session. The masseuses are excellent. I've had Daisy for Prenatal and Jill for Deep Tissue. I've been to many business for prenatal massages and there is no one like Daisy. She knows what she's doing and her pressure is on point. Other businesses seem terrified at touching a pregnant woman. My husband and I are always content with our massage sessions. When I encounter other guests in the lobby, they look extremely satisfied as well. I wouldn't even give this place any star. I had a very uncomfortable and upsetting experience here. During my massage, the therapist, Garion failed to maintain proper draping and my private area was exposed. This should never happen in a professional massage setting. The therapist also appeared inexperienced and unsure of what he was doing, which added to my discomfort. I ended the session early because I felt uncomfortable and violated. While the front desk ultimately did not charge me after I explained what happened, the experience itself was unacceptable. Proper draping and client safety are basic standards. I'm leaving this review so others are aware and so the business can address this seriously. This place is unprofessional and please save yourself the humiliation and go somewhere else. The fact that the front desk doesn't have a direct communication with the managers and have to communicate through email (which what the front desk told me) is a huge red flag. read more

I wanted a nice place to get a massage that wasn't in a room shared with other people like the foot massage places around town. I saw this on Yelp and decided to try it out. I would highly recommend this place if you want a clean, serene ambiance with great quality massages. I enjoyed it so much that I ended up becoming a monthly member just so I can get a regular massage at a reasonable rate. My massage therapist is Tali and she's great! She listens to where I need work the most. Tali knows my tension areas so well now that I don't even have to say anything anymore. I always feel relaxed afterwards. The staff is friendly and appointments are easy to make online. I highly recommend this spot if you want a real massage without paying a lot of money. read more

Great massage space, calm, clean and well run. I have had 4 massage therapists including Racheal, Ben, Barbara and Raymond. I prefer deep, deep tissue work to longer strokes and found that Ben and Raymond suit my style very well. Raymond in particular has excellent attention to detail and has made adjustments and improvements from visit to visit as he gets to know my needs. I recommend the membership too because is forces you to come at least once a month and every time it creeps up on me I am SO grateful! The ONLY reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the turnover with therapists, but other than that it is worth EVERy penny....if you're looking for a great, legit massage therapy place, you have arrived. read more

I've been getting regular massages for more than 20 years and I would rate my experience with David at Elements with "as good as it gets." First off, Elements is very clean and serene and the front staff couldn't be more welcoming (Kelly and Liam in particular). Second, massage therapist David takes time to find out what is going on before putting his expert massage techniques to work. I always leave feeling like I've had a "spa experience" massage but without the luxury spa price. I am now a regular client and am thrilled to have discovered this gem of a place. read more

"I just had the most amazing facial with Bess Nguyen! As someone in my 60s, l am very careful about who I trust with my skin, and she exceeded every expectation. The treatment was incredibly relaxing, but the results were what truly blew me away-I've been receiving non-stop compliments on how glowy and refreshed my skin looks. I get A LOT of massages from all over the bay area. I think places like this are hit or miss , i can happily say every time I've been to this location its been a hit , aka a positive experience , i always leave feeling way better then when i walked in :) Each massage therapist has their own style and seem to be able to adjust easily on any given visit, focusing on areas of need & checking in about pressure. Overall apply the right amount of pressure after asking to adjust 2 times from to soft to to firm. I back and legs feel a little better after the 60 minutes session. I had a massage with Kai before and had been referred by a longtime customer, but when I asked about the 3 prenatal massage package during my last massage less than 6 weeks ago, she did not say they had stopped honoring the prenatal package when I directly stated my intent to buy and schedule it. In my view, if a package is discontinued, it should not still be advertised with a booking button. Under California's consumer protection laws, including the California False Advertising Law (Business and Professions Code § 17500) and California Unfair Competition Law (Business and Professions Code § 17200): * Businesses generally may not advertise goods or services in a way that is likely to deceive a reasonable consumer. * Intent to deceive is not always required. After weeks of agonizing pain, I decided to seek help. I went to two other massage therapists, both of which did me no good. Then I found Jocelyn. Her profile listed her as a former computer science student, which made me think she probably understood a thing or two about my situation, since I am a computer programmer. And she certainly did. She provided a very targeted session and worked the muscles most in pain, as well as muscle groups I didn't realize were related. Not only that, Jocelyn also provided a lot of great advice, such as types of stretches and exercise I could do at my desk. She even had diet suggestions. I followed all of her advice and after several sessions, found my pain significantly minimized. Then I went on vacation and the added time away from the computer completely removed the pain. Jocelyn is so good at her work that she effectively worked herself out of a client, as I no longer need massage therapy. But I've been recommending her to everyone I know. I even tried to get her into a previous company at which I worked, since she does on-site massages for some Bay Area tech companies too. If you are looking for a thoughtful, detail-oriented, and knowledgable massage therapist who is especially familiar with repetitive stress injuries and pain, I would highly recommend Jocelyn.
