We have an old convertible that is usually parked outdoors, but had been sitting outside mostly unused for a good part of a year and was disgusting not just on the outside but also on the inside. I contacted JB mobile detailing and a couple other places and they were the most responsive and friendly of the bunch with a fair price. Two guys came to my house and spent most of a day cleaning the car and cleaned it so well that my husband commented that the last time he remembered the car being this clean was when we first bought it 16 years ago. Well, good afternoon everybody. I requested a detailed service from JB mobile detailing . I had done my research on others and I decided to take my vehicle to JB Mobile Detailing I had them do a complete vehicle wash with the clay bar. The decontamination of the paint was done well. Also, they applied a ceramic wax to the vehicle. They also cleaned the wheels fully and the drums of the wheels and made them look wonderful. Condition my convertible top. They had also cleaned interior with the carpet cleaning and a full wipe down and cleaning of the interior and that looked impeccable. It was well done with detail. The prices are very reasonable. after doing the walk around of the vehicle, I noticed that they were able to buff out a few of the scratches that were on a vehicle that I notice all the time and they were gone. The tires are very shiny with their application of tires shine and the rims were so clean, including the barrels of the rims. I am very pleased with the service I received from JB mobile detailing and will go back again when it's time for me to do my next detail. I am sure they can get your car looking tiptop. Give them a call. and get a estimate. Set up an appointment and get it done and sure you'll be happy. Setting up the appointment was a pleasant experience and they were fully prepared to answer all my questions when I called them. The incredible reviews say just about everything. I had installed Xpel headlight film protection on my last five cars with no issues. However, the new version of the film is much thinner than the previous version. It was very difficult to install and I gave up after trying one headlight for over 20 minutes. I reached out to Xpel and found JB on their product installers list. I went there today and they let me know that the one headlight film I tried was ruined. Amazingly, they have rolls of film and various headlight templates. So, they were able to cut a new headlight film to pair with the one that was unused. José and his team installed both films perfectly and at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them! read more

This was my first time getting my car detailed. I booked the Executive Detail for my Toyota RAV4, which hasn't had a deep cleaned since I bought it in 2019. The car has been pretty beat up over the last few years since we take it to the snow, camping, and drive our pup around occasionally (plus just general wear and tear). My detailer Christian came out to my condo complex and did a really good job. Since we don't have a garage, it was so convenient that the detailer comes equipped with their own power and water. I paid a little extra for the Executive Detail for the 1 step paint correction because of some light scratches the rear of my car and I was so thrilled to see that he got them out. Overall he was thorough in cleaning my car -- really took his time. I haven't seen the inside of my car this spotless since I drove it off the dealership lot. :-) Would definitely consider booking again for quality + convenience of having the detailer come out to me! read more

I have a 1970 Cadillac that had a major rat infestation in the engine bay. A real mess I didn't want to take on, so I decided to contact this company to come over and help. Showing up right on time, a gentleman named Joel went right to work on the engine and after two hours of super hard work, I was shown the engine bay. It was a major transformation and I almost asked if this was the same engine bayI had them clean, lol! So impressed! And Joel had a very positive cheerful vibe, just a real cool person to work with despite how tough his job was. Not to mention, he made the whole area around my car clean which I didn't ask for. Phenomenal!! Pedro (Pepe) did an INCREDIBLE job with my car! My car was so filthy after a long road trip, with bugs splattered all over the front grill and bumper, sunscreen and sand spilled all over the car. My blue Tesla was in need of a waxing so I contacted JB Mobile Detailing because they got such good reviews on Yelp. I am glad I did. The only hiccup was the scheduling. I made an appt on their web site, but no one showed up at the scheduled hour. I called the company and it turns out there was a technical issue, he owned up to it, and offered me a little extra to make me happy. All good. Alonso and another guy showed up for the second appt. They were running a little late but texted me in advance if this revised time would work for me. It did. They showed up and completed the work in about 1 1/2 hours. The car looks great (maybe better than when I bought it?). Alonso and his co-worker were nice and professional. Jose is the guy! The price looks steep on paper but when you look at the final product and see how much effort was put into the work, it is totally worth it. I have a 2017 Macan GTS and I have to say that I didn't wash it as regularly as I should. I haven't done any car washing throughout the COVID time and the car condition was abysmal. Jose and team spent a couple of days on this baby for a really great job of paint correction, ceramic pro application and interior detailing. The car looks as new as it could be since it was out of the factory, probably even better. When you visit the shop, be sure to take a look at other cars he's helping to take care of. I recently brought my 1994 Mazda Miata to Jose and his team at JB Mobile Detailing and they did a great job. These early Miatas have a single stage paint so I wanted to add a layer of protection to the paint to keep it in good shape for many years to come. I wasn't expecting miracles (especially since the car is 28 years old with 127K miles), but wow, the car looks better than it did back in 2003 when I bought it. The paint has a deep, scratch-free shine and the top looks like it is only 2-3 years old even though it is likely the original top. This is the second car I have taken to JB Mobile Detailing. I had the ceramic pro applied to my car and windshield. I park the car in the driveway so I wanted something to keep it from getting dirty so quickly and make it easier to clean. I never had my car detailed since I bought my Tesla Model S back in 2018. The left rear fender had a pretty bad scuff mark and some minor scratches in different spots. I scheduled the exterior detail with just a vacuum inside add-on online for the mobile service. They showed up on-time and completed the detail within less than 3 hours. I was so impressed with the quality of the work. Joel and Eduardo were able to completely buff out the scuff marks and scratches. My Tesla looks brand new again! Let's just say that they did everything right. The car is like new. And I wish I had another car that I could take him for them to work on. And here's the thing, because of some computer glitches and Internet stuff there were some scheduling problems and some confusion. But it was the way they managed this that made it excellent. No company can be perfect. But an amazing company is one that fixes those things in a way you walk away feeling like I do now. AND we even discovered when I dropped it off that there was a really important improvement that could be made on my vehicle. Short version - I'd hands down recommend them to anyone. My 2017 looks literally brand new. Just got a used vehicle and the dealership did only an okay job prepping it. Since it's new to me, I wanted it detailed and I'm glad I had JB do it. I received quotes from ~6 local places and JB was on the higher end but I trusted the previous reviewers. Some things I really liked - the team is all very polite and professional, clearly took their time during the detail, brought their own water/power hookups (which isn't something everyone could offer). Got a full detail with a paint correction on my 2011 Honda Civic - really appreciated JB and his team! Got a great deal on the detail and they gave me a solid deal on the paint job as well. I called about tree sap on my brand new car that I mistakenly tried to wipe off. The car has special matte paint that is extremely difficult and costly to repair, and this blemish ruined the hood (or so I thought).
