In one of my travels back to the Bay Area I had the pleasure of getting my car detailed here. I'm usually worried about leaving this car that we just bought left alone. I called and I simply lucked out and talked to the owner himself Steven. He assured me that The Car will be ok. Dropped the car off and saw that I don't need to worry. The place was clean. The tools of the trade are equally so and they're serious. They have what it takes to clean a car! So my ride is back to her awesome beautiful self when we picked her up. I love, yes love, my Alfa Romeo. So I've been feeling terrible for slipping up on my Giulia's car wash routine. So after a drive to SoCal and back, two camping trips, many visits to the dog park, and moving to a place where the trees are too sappy and the birds are too crappy...it was time to go all in with people who boast being involved with car clubs. Gomez and Enrique were patient while we tried to find a suitable place for them to do their magic. They were unbelievably fast without sacrificing quality. Tree sap, dog hair, annoying leaves: gone! The beautiful montecarlo blue was shimmering once more. Yes it was expensive, it was a Level 1 detail. But the results showed and now I can get back into the car wash routine. The gps will take you to the right place. No visible signage, but it's in the small lot with all the shops, doesn't look like it but turn in and drive all the way back. They are on the end to the right across from stealth labs. Loved it! Tint job review. Got recommended to this shop by a friend. Pretty easy to make an appointment and he was very accommodating to my work schedule in dropping off and pick up. The guy who actually did the tint was good and efficient. He did a good job. This shop can get super super busy, so make sure you allow yourself a few days for the job to be done. I got the ceramic tint- life time. I did some research coming in and sent a message through yelp for a quote and service I wanted- to detail the exterior and vacuum the inside of my car. My appointment was at 8am. Arrived 10 minutes early and decided to park and wait. 8:00am passed. No one was there. 8:05, 8:10, 8:15.. no one. Then 8:16am, someone finally arrived and I got to drop off my keys to start detailing. Whole process took a little of 1.5 hours and I had to walk 15 minutes to the local Starbucks just to do some work. A bit inconvenient but it was not too bad. Came back and my car looked brand new. Extremely spotless and vacuumed very well. My only issue was the staff being here on time. My appointment was at 8am and I just sat in my car and waited and waited. I just went here to get my windows tinted and my ceramic coating for my new wagon. Now let me start with that I am not a car person at all. I just lease the same car year with a different color interior each time or buy the same car. But my husband is a Motörhead. He loves driving, fixing, racing, etc anything car related. Our window tint came out amazing. Hector spend the time to show us options even though my husband told him what he thought I wanted. Hector also showed us the difference between ceramic and regular tint. And when we finally decide on what level of tint we wanted, Hector was able to secure the film we wanted. We went with 50% as I don't like it too dark and I liked visibility when driving at night. When we picked up the car Hector was through in explaining the car we needed to make sure our tint lasted. I liked how he didn't speak to me like I was girl but just a customer and answered all my questions. That's when we met Andrew who let us know they also do ceramic coating. My husband was looking for someone to do this to protect the paint on my car being that it was metallic white and it is often a outdoors. Andrew quoted us a reasonable price and was able to accommodate our schedule to do the service. Drop off and pick up and overall customer service is on point. Never once did we worry or feel rushed or have any questions as they explain everything and put you at ease. When we picked up the car (btw make sure to bring cash and tip in cash...it's just good karma ya know) it looked amazing. They tried to get out one of our existing scratches and even apologized when they couldn't. I honestly was surprised they noticed because I forgot it was there. Yeah that's how detail oriented they are. They are very meticulous and explained when to wash and products to use. Luckily my husband has all that stuff as he washes all our cars at home with the methods recommended (two buckets in case you are wondering). Please support this local place as they do excellent work and they are women friendly. They will not hustle you and extremely detailed. These are people who care doing amazing work. Communication was excellent but the tech that showed up just didn't do a great job. I pointed out a few spots but don't feel like I should need to go through and point out every miss.
