I can't say enough to express my gratitude to Justin (the owner) as well as his expert team of Zach and Nathan that came to my job. From consultation to install could have been 3 days but I wasn't available. Today is only day 7 from the time we did the consultation. That's very impressive and says a lot for their product source making custom pieces in such a timely manner. Family owned business, USA made product. I was worried that my old dual pane frames wouldn't work and my plantation shutters would have to be removed. Justin would have been able to handle every situation as he is more than just a glass guy. They were on time, amazingly fast and efficient. They verified my frames were solid and ta-dah, I have new dual pane glass windows. They look amazing. I have to give an extra shout out because I have a special needs son that can get uncomfortable around strangers. Justin and his team were very considerate, checked in that all was still comfortable, and worked the room order install around what would let my son stay comfortable. One of our kitchen windows, a single hung vinyl sliding window, cracked probably because our air fryer was right next to it (hot/cold contrast). A general contractor came out and took a look at it and said that we'd have to pull out the entire window, including the framing, ("because of the window's design") and quoted us around $2,000. That obviously didn't sound right so I did more research and created a project through yelp. I requested quotes from 5 businesses. Out of the 4 that responded, JT's Glass and Mirror not only had the best price, but they also sent someone out the next day to get measurements for my window, ordered the glass to replace it, and then came out a few days later to do the installation. A+ communication throughout the way via yelp message and text, including text messages 30 minutes before the technician arrived, which I always appreciate. they cleaned up the window after installation and were overall just very friendly and detail oriented. considering this was also the best quote that I got, I have to say hands-down I would recommend them. read more

I'm truly shocked at the response time for this business. They definitely don't really care about their loyal customers. We have used them in the past for our small business. So I immediately reached out to JT on Monday, April 19th as my business was broken in to and the side window was damaged. Jt responded and sent his crew the same day to check out the damage and get measurements. He said they will send us a quote within days. I followed up on April 27th, the following Tuesday via phone and JT told me Jasmine was going to email me a quote. They never did!!! I gave him the benefit of the doubt and checked in via text on the Wednesday, 28th to get an update as well.. He said he didn't get the correct email. I resent the email to him that day. It's Friday now, 5/2 and he read my text but didn't respond. What's going on here!! I needed the quote to get things moving since we work with children, safety is the biggest concern and I'm just in awe that I had to follow up so many times and still with no response. This company just wasted my time! After several messages exchanged with the owner of this company and discussing the nature of the job and the rate I accepted their quote and set-up a date for the install of my new sliding screen door. Yes you heard it right, sliding screen door. This is a glass company but they said they'll take care of me and will replace my door. At first I was a bit hesitant and also surprised that a glass company will also do such job. The owner, or at least that's what it said on the title of the yelp messages I was dealing with, sounded really professional and straight to the point so I thought everything will be ok. Couple of days later the representative came by, supposedly for installation, but to my surprise he started measuring my sliding door that needed to be replaced. So I asked him why are you still measuring the door if you are going to replace it already? He said the he still need to do a measurement first before they could replace it and that the customer representative who I dealt with (supposedly the owner) is new and made a mistake. He will send the measurement to their contractor and will call me back. What! That wasn't our agreement! The owner clearly stated that he will send someone to install the new door for the price that we have agreed and never mentioned anything about doing the measurement first. Anyway, couple of days later they texted me saying that they made a mistake (again!) in giving me the quote. It would be a customized door and the rate will change and may take couple more days to finish. I told them yes, let's go ahead and proceed with the new one. Few days later no calls so I called them back and this lady that I spoke with said she'll call me back but that didn't happen. Long story short this company just wasted my time! Why not be true to your word or at least be upfront with your customer by not getting around the bush and wasting our time!!! If you cannot do the job then to even bother pretend that you can! Is this your style of getting a business like a bait and switch? Very unprofessional!!! The way this transaction and the communication went down, supposedly from the owner himself, I definitely will not recommend this company to anyone! read more
