I brought my vehicle in for a tire rotation at this Nissan dealership, and the wheel cap was improperly installed, missing the next day. When I followed up, I was told that the hub caps were "in bad shape" and that the technician had installed all clips properly. This is not the first time this has happened at this dealership , Now they seem to imply that I somehow removed the wheel cap myself to get a replacement, which is untrue. I live a couple of miles from another Nissan dealer however, I have been coming here for a couple years when we need our '22 Pathfinder serviced. They've always been fair, transparent, and willing provide service that aligns with our heavy use needs. Case in point, our recent purchase of tires. Though I had called ahead and made sure our tires would be in stock, my service writer, Caryl, came and let me know they were two short and her manager was going to another dealership to get them. I was offered a ride home and they delivered my car by 1pm. They could have kept me in the dark, I would have just figured that they were super busy. However, the pricing was astronomical and the advisor was very pushy on getting what was a VERY OPTIONAL engine performance add-on for our oil change. Though it was something recommended, I am well aware when a dealership is just trying to sell service add ons to make money and this was definitely one of those times. He made it seem like it was mandatory and we couldn't just do the basic oil change, which outside of the other repairs was the only thing that was necessary. I've been getting my Nissan vehicles (several of which I've purchased here) serviced here for a number of years and generally got what I thought was good service and a square deal. A couple months ago, the service on my 22 Rogue (standard oil and filter change) was over $600. When I checked in the service advisor was really hard to hear/understand and somehow he up-sold me a 4-wheel alignment and a fuel system cleaning, along with the oil service. My bad - I should have been more attentive to what I was actually getting. Anyway, recently, I decided to do the next service myself. I have all the tools and equipment to do that, and so I purchased the items I would require and did it. Part of the process on this and many other newer vehicles is to remove the fiber or metal panel that lives at the bottom the engine bay and functions to keep the bay clean and probably helps with aerodynamics/fuel mileage and such. The oil drain plug and filter are behind this panel. On the Rogue, the panel is attached using two metal bolts/fasteners in the front and 18 plastic panel fasteners spaced around the edge of the panel. When I got under the vehicle I was surprised/dismayed to find that both bolts in front were missing, as well as 10 of the plastic fasteners. The panel was only hanging on by 8 plastic fasteners! Autonation Nissan is the only shop that has serviced this vehicle, so it's obvious who failed to re install the panel correctly. This failure as well as the practice of upselling unnecessary maintenance items has caused me to rethink my decision to have my Nissan vehicle serviced here and I won't be back. Don't get me started on the engine recall for these vehicles and Nissan's apparent "fix" for the issue, and the dealer's failure to adequately explain the issue and the "fix". Thankfully, the internet provided most of those answers. read more

He said he would do nothing unless we had a video of them sideswiping the car. How was I supposed to predict this and have my phone ready? Booked an appointment for a service recall on a 2023 Rogue. The report I received from the service manager should have clearly stated that the recall issue was corrected. (possible overheating of oil). The printed report did not state whether the recall issue was not a problem with my vehicle. While my Rogue was being tested, a "Complimentary Multi-Point Inspection was performed without my knowledge. Of course, after the inspection was completed, an estimate for $1,063.02 was printed. $69.94 was listed for a cabin filter. I purchased one at Auto Zone for $23 and in 5 minutes installed it behind the glove box. An Air Intake Cleaning Service was listed for $263.99. This is a typical up-charge that most dealerships push on customers. It is not necessary. I purchased a bottle of Techron Fuel System Cleaner for $16 that will clean fuel systems for 3,000 miles. AutoZone will often have a buy one , get one free on bottles of Techron. I have 4 bottles in reserve. The "complimentary multi-point inspection" also included a CVT transmission service for $429. The report incorrectly stated that NS-2 Green Nissan CVT transmission fluid would be used. The user manual for a 2023 Nissan Rogue states that NS-3 Blue Nissan transmission fluid is to be used for a drain and fill at 60,000 miles. My Rogue has only 35,000 miles. Finally, a brake fluid flush was recommended for $198. I had a brake fluid flush done by a local mechanic for my BMW last month for $79. Nothing in this world is complimentary. Auto dealership service centers charge 2 to 4 times what a local trusted mechanic would charge. Beware ! read more

What really set this dealership apart was our salesman Kevin Bell. He was very honest/knowledgeable about the cars and was able to point us in the right direction car wise. I loathe leaving bad reviews but they deserve to be called out. Omg their service PEOPLE have the worst communication I have ever experienced. I've been a Honda owner since 1990, including at this location over the years...prior to Autonation clearing out anything that might have been good about this dealership. It's a shame no one cares about quality of service nor has any respect for themselves at their job. My truck is in for a recall that was issued in June 2024. They called ME in October to schedule then canceled last minute stating they didn't have the parts. Honda corporate stated they did. No one at Autonation cares. Now my truck is there, and I'm told 3-4 hours (which no one told me when the appointment was made) so when I asked why that wasn't mentioned I was told by Brian "that's just a call center, they don't have that information as it changes daily". There's a WAY to communicate. This isn't it. I was told I could wait or take a complimentary shuttle. So I take the shuttle six miles home only to find out: THEY DON'T pick us back up! I called the service department to find out the status of my truck and had to leave a message because Brian was with another customer. They have automated text that takes you to a web page to find out your vehicle status. It only shows "checked in" from three hours ago. Never EVER will I have service here again, including RECALLS. They'll sell you a vehicle, no problem (which is where I purchased this truck) but their service is a communication disaster. Go ANYWHERE else. The shuttle driver girl was nice but that's it! Just wish people weren't so overburdened by DOING THEIR JOB. Even the guy on the service phone was annoyed I asked for a ride back, which, last time I was there, rides to and from were a thing! Obviously, that changed but NO ONE says anything unless you ASK. EDIT: the CALL CENTER (main number for the Chandler, Az dealership is in VEGAS, not onsite...horrible...and is the culprit for bad communication. This is an Autonation issue, not necessarily the dealership but it reflects HORRIBLY as part of customer service. I WAS picked up by their shuttle. It IS part of their service. Someone tell the people who answer phones! I was also called by Brian once my truck was ready and they also patched a nail found in my tire for free. BUYERS AND NISSAN OWNERS BEWARE! Trade in values at this location are a scam and customer service is non-existant. After being lied to by a call center ter representative about a recall on our broken down car, we had it towed into this location last week. Once the car was there the employees suddenly can't find a recall. The service manager admitted the representative probably knew it was a lie by saying that the call center representatives isn't a mechanic and their job is to get people in the door of the dealership. We were still willing to work with this dealership and trade the car in towards another used vehicle. We secured our own financing and recieved a quote to junk the car for scrap but gave this dealership the opportunity to make this situation right. Instead they offered us a trade in value LESS than we were quoted for scrap and said that was the best they could do. Most unethical dealership we've worked with in a long time and a huge waste of time. Reccomend you take your buisness elsewhere. read more

Next day when the engine was cold i noticed this clicking noise from the engine. I had no choice but drive it for a while. The mechanic says, the engine has to be replaced which is over than $10.000!!! Shame on you!!! I've used yelp for a lot of years and never reviewed. I feel I would be doing the public a disservice if I didn't share my experience at this hell hole, so hopefully I can save at least one person a lot of trouble. I would only trust this dealership with my worst enemy. The salesman misinformed/lied to me about what interest rate I could get on a loan. First, he told me my choice financial institution had a higher rate than other options he was aware of. I checked with that financial institution and learned the salesman was wrong. I was told I deserved a higher rate because the other borrower on my loan had a low credit score. I called that financial institution and learned the interest rate is dictated by the highest credit score on the loan, so that was false. I didn't know these things were false at the time, so I signed their bogus loan after waiting In the dealership for half a day with my girlfriend. A week later I was told I needed to sign new loan docs, and that if I didn't sign new loan docs there would be no loan. This was fine for me because at this point I learned about all the false information about my lending qualifications they fed me. After telling them "we're done", they continued to pull my credit. I messaged them saying to stop because I didn't want their loan. A day later the director of finance called me, told me I had a loan, and hung up on me when I called him a fraud. He did not ever call me or write back despite many messages and calls to him wanting to learn more about the loan. This is crazy because for one I explicitly stated to not move forward. Secondly, they were adamant I come to the dealership to waste even more time waiting to sign paperwork, but all of a sudden when I push back they had no problem booking a loan with a new lender I never signed for. So why the hell were they berating me to come to the dealership when it's clear they never needed me I the first place? They had zero regard for my personal time and then went against my wishes. I've bought multiple cars in multiple states in the USA. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had with a dealership. Setting foot in this dealership is the biggest regret of my life. I can't believe I let my guard down here - I also take blame for accepting things they told me at face value. This was (what I thought was) a basic lease buyout so I wasn't sure how they could rip me off here, but they did. I would single out a few players here, but I think it's best to assume everyone here is a risk to a prospective vehicle buyer because this looks like a toxic culture from where I sit. And I can't wait for the obligatory reply from the dealership saying "call the gm and we'll fix this blah blah blah". If you want a nightmare car buying experience that will haunt you for months, go here. TLDR: THEY CRASHED OUR CAR AND THEN BILLED US FOR THE RENTAL - $4500 - AFTER GHOSTING THE RENTAL CAR COMPANY. Full story: We bought a minivan from them for our soon to be family of five last Oct. The air conditioning turned out to be broken and an engine piece. They refused to return our calls at first but finally agreed to fix items. Day of repairs we bring it in only to get told "they don't service our vehicle there." They agree to get it fixed and we head home....no word for over two weeks...finally I track them down and the van is suddenly done. We pick it up...only to find that they lied about fixing it and there's actually no record of any repairs being done. I'm done by this point and reach out to corporate to let them know my experience. Shockingly they now want to "make good" with us so take our car to really fix the AC. They have it again for another week + and then while driving on the highway, THEY CRASH AND TOTAL OUR CAR. At this point we now have had our third child and don't have a car that fits all of us. We have to contact corporate for them to offer a rental which they do through enterprise. We go two months+ with no word on the car even with repeated outreach from us. Finally, we get notice that the car is officially totaled and to get a check cut by the insurance company we HAVE TO AGREE TO RETURN THE RENTAL AND BUY ANOTHER CAR THROUGH THEM. Obviously, we're not doing that and don't believe them. We return the rental and go on our way thinking alls done. Sike! Autonation is now refusing to pay for the rental car they rented for us bc they crashed our car and will not answer any calls, emails or even in person visits from enterprise. They trying to stick us with the $4500+ bill. In summary: literally go ANYWHERE else but this dealership. They are the shady, shitty ppl selling garbage options. read more

This review is solely for service. Caryl Curtis was amazing! I drove from California to Arizona and my truck broke down in the city of Florance. The closest Nissan dealer was in Chandler. I own a mechanic shop in souther Cali and I wish I had a service advisor with as much knowledge and amazing customer service. I ended up having my truck towed from the dealer and she helped me with the tow truck driver. Service advisors don't get enough credit! It's employees like Caryl that make a difference.
