I called about 4 different Restaurants. It was a little after 10:30 at night, I then called Misuta Chows and they told me that the Kitchen was still open for another 25 Minutes. We rushed on over to the Main Street area parked and walked into this Casual Setting. Once we sat at the Bar, we put in our Drink Orders, I got a Cocktail named after one of the most Iconic Cartoon Characters of all time - Spongebob Squarepants. What I thought was gonna be a square shaped glass filled with Orange Juice and Lemon Liqueur or Vodka. It turned out to be a Mason Jar filled with a vibrant pink concoction of Milagro Tequila, Prosecco and Grenadine. Along with both Lemon and Pineapple Juice, the title was a bit misleading. Even after finishing the drink, it wasn't enough for me to do Spongebob's high-pitched Laugh. Emily got the Burning Pumpkin that had Pumpkin Whiskey, Rum Chata and Chai Tea Latte. I got a bowl of Lobster & Shrimp Ramen and some Pork Belly Bahn Mi Bao Buns. The Broth was jam packed with so much intense Shellfish flavor, the Egg gave it some Richness and Sweetness from the Corn. On the Buns that were lightly Toasted, the Pork was Crispy jammed inside the Buns with Cilantro and Jalapeno's, it was reminiscent of the Vietnamese Classic Sandwich. I had another Cocktail to go with it, it was a "Monster" of a Drink called Godzilla. Named after the iconic Monster himself. Vibrant green drink made from Tullamore Dew Irish Whiskey, Green Tea Simple Syrup, Fresh Lemon and Peach. Its a true shame that this drink didn't give me Atomic Breath that Godzilla does to defeat his Enemies but a few more of those and I would've had an Atomic Hangover.
