We hired JB's to run our bar for a charity event this last week and could not have been more pleased! They set up early, they were efficient and friendly and so helpful in the planning stages. They had a great drink selection and their servers were wonderful. We were also touched at how generous they were with our organization throughout the process. I found JB's Bar Service online and when speaking with Rhonda Burns she was very friendly & somewhat knowledgable. I had dealt with her several times in the last 6mths discussing the bar for the wedding. My wedding was Saturday, September 15, 2012 it was a great day and everything was flawless except my bar. I confirmed with Rhonda on the phone about the beer they were bringing and she had told me that they were bringing Coors light and Sierra Nevada kegs. At that time I told her I needed Coors Light & Coors Original and asked if that was going to be a problem she told me no problem at all she would make the changes. I had also told her several times over the past 6 mths that we were going to have 250-300 people and that they all drink and she should expect a very busy bar. The employees of JBs were great and the manager Todd was very nice and accomidating even when he had to go to the store to purchase 12pks of Coors Original because Rhonda did not tell him about our conversation the previous day. Not only did they show up with the wrong beer they did not come prepared. They ran out of Vodak in 1hr because they only brought 4 bottles. So the beer my husband drinks was not available in the beginning and the cocktail made with Vodak I drink was only available because the young lady behind the bar saved what was left of the bottle when she found out that is what I drink. I was able to have 2 drinks at my wedding. I called JB's Bar Service on Monday morning the 17th and left a voice mail for the owners Ed & Rhonda Burns and I also sent an extensive email. As of today Thurs the 20th I have not even gotten a reponse. They obviously do not care about my concerns or the amount of money my guests did spend.
