5 stars for Bernard and his team. He came out the same day to give us a quote, we agreed, and he was back over on his next available day (which was less than a week later). He fixed our fence (which required four posts deep into the ground w/cement), a drainage system that runs along the front of the garage, and backyard lighting. We mentioned that we wanted to build a little gate at some point in this odd area of the backyard, but told him we could revisit that another day.. But he took it upon himself to build a temporary gate in the meantime! So nice of him! A week after he fixed everything, he called to check in to make sure everything was working properly. Bernard did a great job. I contacted him in the evening via Yelp because the wind storm blew the metal cap off my chimney and I was worried about rain getting into the gas fireplace. He was able to come by the very next day and quickly fixed the cap and re-attached it in a more secure way. Very professional and friendly. We couldn't be happier with Bernard and his work. He's an excellent communicator, and is very responsive over phone and text. In talking though my situation, I never felt rushed or talked over, which feels pretty rare. He gave me a very reasonable quote for some appliance installations, and went out of his way to pick up some extra parts that he (correctly) predicted we'd need replaced. He and his partner came over the very next day and were capable and efficient. They wore masks the whole time and minimized the time they spent inside. Bernard had come over to fix some drywall holes (about 6) that had been cut for some lighting work. The wall is textured and didn't want to do it myself. Bernard came promptly on time in the morning to assess the work and provide a quote which was very reasonable. After which, he immediately went to procure the necessary equipment to get the job done in a few hours. He was very careful not to make a mess, and cleaned up afterwards too. I hired this company to do some work for me at my family's home and at first everything seemed totally fine the crew was decent and shortly after I saw a lack of work and increase of cost for the job at hand then one of the workers named Carlos went missing for some time so when I noticed I went looking for him and he was coming out of the master bedroom whom which should have never been gone it all rooms were off limits he said he was looking for the restroom so I went to see what he was doing and some of my belongings were missing jewelry to be exact I confronted him about it and he got very hostile and said they were leaving so they left job incomplete and they still took my money so when I try and contact the company number it's out of service this is a horrible company I highly recommend nobody ever use this service they are thieves and conmen read more

I'm not sure how he got 5 stars for everything, but he's a crook. He gave general pricing mentioning he could plumb for maybe $80 and ends up staying for 3 hours to fix it. He charged the person that was home $350, and told me he hadn't been paid, so I paid him as well. He sent an invoice to me after the other person had paid him. When I spoke with him, he said he'd return the money to the other person. He said he's honest, and I trusted him to do the right thing like his reviews show. He ignored all messages, calls and requests to receive pictures from the job, when he agreed earlier, but all of a sudden there is a cracked P-trap that he has to replace and no evidence to show why it might take him so long for a clogged sink. He won't accept my calls to return the payment. He's deceptive. Don't call this person. He's been given sufficient time (more than a week of this) to return the money and hasn't. He has positive ratings here, but apparently he thinks it's ok to steal from people without earning it. At this point he's causing people that can barely afford rent to pay his extra price, and then he steals more. read more

Let me just say he knows what he is doing and can get the job done the RIGHT way! He installed my ring Camara elite, which you have to run wire and connect the Ethernet connection.
