I said as soon as possible would be great as I will be leaving town the following week. James said no problem. We will get you in. A couple days went by and I didn't hear anything. I called the office and they said they would give James the message to call me. I don't hear anything back and I went in my trip. When I returned I called again and they said James was not available. They will have him call me to schedule. I was like great thanks. Another day went by nothing. This was so odd to me. Soooo I called again. The said James was not in the office and will give him the message. I had expressed I have left 4 messages with no response. Does he not want to do the job? They said no he has just been busy. I did this three more times. To this day and time I still never received a call back. My reason for writing this is professionalism when you get a referral or even a normal client calling if your to busy say that, if you don't want to do the job say that. But to ghost the job and not give a call back. I can't imagine what his work actually comes out. He visited the site every morning, to review progress with us and make sure his guys were clear on the objectives for the day.
