JC Plumbing and Julio is the best! I had a situation with a water heater leaking in our garage for a month and a half because of American Home Shield. AHS's people wanted to charge us $10000-$15000 on the side for repairing the water heater. It was a total joke and is is AHS. But I decided to take the payout from AHS and have someone replace the water heater myself. Of course I would be getting less than what it would actually cost to rapid and there was a bunch of additional damage to the drywall and studs. I called different contractors in the area describing the scenario and asking how much it would cost roughly and when the could do the job. I had a day off that day and was really hoping in the back of my mind that it would be really great if I could somehow find someone that could do it TODAY and just get it done. I was like, please God it would be amazing if we could get this done. I called Julio and told him the same thing I had told and asked all the other guys. He responded by saying, I can do it right now if you want. I was kind of in shock, like is this for real?!? It's no coincidence that it was called JC Plumbing, because Jesus Christ this is amazing! Julio was at our house in a short time and knocked-out the water heater install in just a few hours. He even told us we didn't need to worry about the studs below. He pulled away the drywall to show us it would be OK if we let it dry and replace the drywall later. Don't get ripped off by the American Home Shield vendors or by some of these other plumbers. I'm pretty meticulous and do most of my home repairs myself. I can say Julio did a beautiful job installing the water heater and cleaned everything up after it was all done. These guys are honest and fair. Needed two grab bars installed in the bathroom for my father and Julio charged us a very fair rate. He even came out in advance at no additional charge just to make sure the quote given was accurate based on the layout and what needed to be done. The initial quote was 150-250 and after coming he said it would be 175 (that's a sign of someone honest, because he could have easily just said 250 just to get that extra money). They came out to check out my leaky toilet which I thought had a broken wax seal, he came out and said that it might have been a single incident but that otherwise toilet was in good working order but gave me the option of changing the wax seal just in case. I appreciated the honestly and ended up just swapping it out for peace of mind. Very professional , i think he may have even tightened up my toilet paper holder that was dangling and I had been meaning to fix haha.
