Exceptionally professional and efficient service from Richard! He was an absolute pleasure to have work in the home and was professional ,really quick in responding/ communicating, and was punctual! No hassles and we were really pleasantly surprised. He was able to provide service the same day, which was something that we actually weren't prepared for so he worked around our schedule and was able to come out and fix the problem quickly. 100% without a doubt Richard and CEP will be our go to company for all of our plumbing needs and we could not recommend them more highly. Backstory: The faucets in my parents home had never been replaced and were starting to show signs of wear and tear. The hard water and over two decades of use had worn the knobs and lines down. My dad and I decided we would just start replacing the faucets one bathroom at a time. Little did we know this would be way harder than we originally anticipated and ultimately we came to accept that we just didn't have the right tools (or patience) to be able to complete the jobs ourselves. At this point though, we had already removed enough of the pipes and flange essentially rendering the downstairs sink in non working order. Queue going to Yelp and starting to reach out to plumbing companies and local handyman services. Let me tell you- after receiving outrageously priced quotes getting a very reasonable flat rate quote from Richard was refreshing. He was able to remove and install the new faucet and flange so fast (I mean it had taken my dad and I 2 days to get what little we had done accomplished). We had flooring removed and the flooring company told us we a slab leak. I used Yelp to get some offers and decided to go with Rick at Conejo Emergency Plumbing to have the slab inspected. The team came buy, used their digital tools and determined there was no leak. The walked the rest of the house with the same sensors, no leakage can be found, they did this all at no cost to us and Rick even offered to send us a letter for the flooring company to continue with the installation as he found no leaks.
