For reference, our sales representative was Michael Morris and our production coordinator was David Villarreal. Initially, Michael gave us the price of $7,960 to get our roof replaced which genuinely seemed like a great deal. Now, our roof had various soft spots due to deterioration over time and I made sure to mention this to Michael before getting the project started. I asked him if this would cause any issues with the pricing and he stated that it wouldn't. However, the day of the roof installation, Cory who is the company owner, spoke with me and informed me that the price had changed and that it'd be an extra $9,900 just to put an extra layer of plywood since the one on our roof was in bad condition. ALMOST 10 GRAND FOR PLYWOOD!! With that being said, the total price to get our roof replaced came out to be $17,860! At that point the shingles on our roof had already been taken off and there was really no turning back. Another issue I had with this company was the warranty, when I first spoke with Michael he stated that the company guaranteed a 30 year warranty for any damage to the roof. After getting the project done, we come to find out that we only have a 10 year warranty. By the way, we never involved our insurance for this repair because we really thought we were getting a great cash price at first but what's insane to me is that at the end of the day, we still need to involve the insurance for any weather damage to our roof, when that was never mentioned initially. David was also horrible with communication, he would not pick up my calls for the most part. He never answered my text message nor voicemail when I tried reaching him at some point. Lastly, he didn't even bother to reply to an email I sent him after the project was done requesting pictures of our roof for our reference. I had to call him 3 days later to have him send it over and on top of that he sounded bothered. This was overall a whole mess and a very uncomfortable situation having to communicate with David. Despite all this, the roof guys did an excellent job with our roof. I just don't recommend investing your time and money into this company when you can get the job done for WAY LESS elsewhere. I truly hope this doesn't happen to anyone else because no one should have to put up with unprofessional people or last minute price changes.

His crew worked all hours of the day until the evening for 3 weeks. We replaced our subfloors and had original hardwood floors which they salvaged 60% of the original floors. We decided to go with a lighter stain rather than the dark that we had, and it makes our small home look so much bigger. We also replaced some joists, pier and beams from our crawl space and they cleaned out our crawl space and put plastic down to encapsulate it with new vents that open and close with high or low humidity levels. They cleaned up all the leftover mess of wood and bricks which was much appreciated. It was a big job and everyone worked super hard even on the weekends. The price we got quoted from 4 other companies were ridiculous, and Shaun had the best rates for what they did. I recommend Stable Foundation and Construction to anyone wanting work done on your home. They did an excellent job on our home and we enjoying our new pretty floors.

But then he went the extra mile and did a pretty thorough inspection of our roof and the fireplace chimney cap. Our roof is in generally good condition at seven years old, but needed some TLC - sealing, caulking, etc. And the fireplace chimney cap had been bugging me for years! Not anymore! This guy is legitimately a good dude who wants to do right by you. Not only did I find that he and I get along SUPER well, I've been repeatedly impressed by his willingness to do whatever needs to be done to ensure the job is up to his customer's satisfaction. His pricing is honest, the work is extremely well executed and the entire process has been painless. We needed a fair amount of fencing replaced, over 200 linear feet, and we decided to upgrade to 4x6 posts for the fence and 6x6 posts for the gates, all using cedar pickets. The entire project got a lot of attention from neighbors who came by to ask questions or check out the work. We asked Vance if he was okay with installing a dog bubble that protrudes from the window for our dogs and he personally came out with his jigsaw and cut a perfect hole. He installed it using stainless hardware and it looks PERFECT! The gates are strong, level and I have full confidence that they'll last for many, many years (I was VERY particular about this as our previous gates were unusable for years). The entire backyard has been transformed and the peace of mind in knowing that the dogs are unable to weasel their way out of the back when we let them out is indescribable. His main fencer, Cody, did the best beveling job I've ever seen on fence running boards and far exceeded the expectations I had even though I knew that was a standard feature of their builds (the bevel assists with water run off so water won't pool on the bottom and adds aesthetic value). We also had a minor hole in our roof and asked Vance about patching that up. He and his roofing guy had that knocked out within a few hours, we didn't even realize it had been fixed until I asked him what day they were planning to do it and he jokingly replied "yesterday". He said my roof is in good condition and not very old, but it really says something that I'm a little lowkey disappointed because I won't have anything else to utilize his services for again for awhile. Call around and ask for multiple quotes (Vance was also the only guy to actively encourage me to do so when I first told him that he was the only guy I'd called and had come out so far), but just know that when you include these guys in your roster, you're unlikely to find anyone else who matches up to the level of care and service Vance provides.
