Tire rotation. Had my 2022 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon for a tire rotation and they did not bother to check tire pressure. I have to drive back because check engine light went off. My spare tire that was put in was too soft(22psi), all tires were 37psi. I am glad I was not on the freeway yet. read more

Found JC's shop when our tire popped nearby, called them and the owner was super friendly on the phone and stayed open a bit later for us to tow the truck to him. Service that day was fast and easy, ended up replacing all 4 tires. I don't know much about cars, but I feel like I am a good judge of character and can tell when someone is being sensible and honest. Have felt very comfortable with JC. A few months later I was looking for new wheels, tires and a lift for my 2003 Explorer. I stopped by to ask about tires and wheels, but was happy to be offered the whole package at a really fair price. The owner was very clear, patient, willing to answer my amateur questions, and attentive to the specifics I had in mind. There was a bit of back and forth for a few days before I dropped the car off, but I was never made to feel like a nuisance with my questions and requests. It's a family owned business and everyone has been great :) While getting serviced, JC noticed some of my suspension parts were very worn out and offered to replace them, again I felt like the price was fair and his recommendations were trustworthy. Am happy with the results and feel confident that IF something was to go wrong, I could bring it back and they'd work with me to fix it. I feel that JC will work within your budget to his best ability, and honor your business regardless of the car you're driving or how much you're planning to spend. Did not feel pushed by him.
