The sales associate was very friendly. Said my estimate time would be 1:56pm for my tire to be fixed. Tell me why I look at the clock at 1:50pm and my car hasn't moved in the parking lot and my tire hasn't been fixed. I go to the counter and ask about my tire. The sales guy says that since "appointments have been checked in that I've been pushed back" , I say I'm not able to wait all day for my tire to be fixed due to my baby getting tired, the sales guy says well I can make you an appointment for ANOTHER DAY, I go I'm not leaving until my tire is fixed- bc what do you mean I've already been waiting for an HOUR AND TWENTY MINUTES and nothing has been fixed. The other sales associate tells him to prioritize my tire and apologized. I wait another ten minutes and ask the sales associate to explain the estimated time, he goes well "that time was an estimate when you got here but since we check in appointments you get pushed back"... I look out the window and the two sales associates are fixing and changing my tire in the parking lot twenty minutes later. I can only imagine that if I hadn't created a fuss how much longer I would have had to wait. Either you need to have a sign on the door saying you don't take walk ins or you need to be upfront about the time it takes for you to fix a damn flat tire. I'm sorry but as a walk in customer I am still a CUSTOMER. Stop prioritizing a customer who's made an appointment hours later in the day when you have people checked in and waiting for their tires to be done. Discount tire cannot be found reliable anymore. I had to point out the coupon says "printed or mobile". There must have been some misunderstanding because who shows a coupon before paying???
